I just put new tires on my car a couple weeks ago. The good part is not having to worry about them for awhile now, especially with winter coming. Just gotta remember to rotate them now and again.

11/17 - 2: Thanks @liblue1 it was a good day and a co-worker said I seemed much more happy today. Congrats Shawn, good words Fuzzy going to change from want to I am.
When I get sick it moves through me fast, if it takes others seven days to run the course it take me two. Over fast, but the downside is all the ill feelings and things happening at once. Fortunately I only really get sick about once every three years. This last year and half does not count.

11/17 - 4: Well just found out that I will be taking two co-workers out of town tomorrow with me. With the bad weather and a less than reliable truck, I sure could use your good vibes and prayers.
I know they are not going to do what I told them; so preparing enough food for three for three meals and water to boot. It will be interesting to say the least.

Not much chance for blizzards here. We get snow about once every 10 years or so, an inch of snow shuts the city and surrounding roads down.....

11/17 - 5: Up in northern Texas about 9-10 years ago, during a dry year we had 18" in 24 hours. The drifts in some counties were 13' tall and people homebound for almost a month. Don't feel bad, our news does not usually get down that far south.

Back in the 80's we had 18" of snow, it was pretty surreal, never seen anything like it. I was stuck out of town trying to make it back home, what would normally be a 2.5 hour drive took me 5 hours. They were in the process of closing every road, but we still made it through. I had never driven in anything like that before, kinda thrown in on the deep end there, there were several close calls. That was one heck of a white knuckle drive, especially in the dark, there was definitely someone looking over us on that drive. When we got back to town, my buddy, literally got out of the car, knelt down and kissed the ground and said a heartfelt prayer.

11/17 - 6: How do I say this? Thanks @liblue1 I have been looking into my signs and what questions have been asked of me, they are confirmed in my life. What is my number... take that quiz and guess what, my number has always been my favorite. Take another, and my life is true to me.....

So, how to I treat the workers under me? Being a supervisor for many a year and at different jobs; I understand the world for fellow humans. We all live a life that is centered together, it is all the same. Show your co-workers that you care, they show you they care back. Be an :censored: and they resent you, and will not help you.

Show you care about them, and believe their words when they say they hurt, or depressed; give them the day off with no ill effects. Take a mental health day off with no harm.

Today, high fives to me; as I was being supportive and showing how to fix problems. I need you to do this: "Wow you are done!, YOU ROCK!!" You did this for me...... Your awesome!

Congrats to everyone who won! What exactly did y'all win?
I was first on the list of winners for Heaven Gifts' Aura Mini (which is not available yet - pre-order only). Plan to test and review because it has the potential to be an awesome small sub-Ohm mod.
I sure could use your good vibes
You got it buddy. Go with surety.
