Woke up at a reasonable time. But still took a long time to clear the head fog.

YEP - Although, what really constitutes waking up at a reasonable time is questionable, that damn fog happens every single day . . .

. Gotta get up early to head to Wisconsin for my trike. I WILL get at east one ride in in the next few days as long as it doesn't snow.
Smile. Because in the end it is something that Nobody can take away from you.

..I may have missed a post somewhere ...you and hubby are roadtrippin' to Wisconsin to take delivery on a new road bike ..or a 3 wheeled mbike? And....you have a bike with you for fun? Cool. Be careful out there ...I'm a former owner/rider myself ...after some years of scraping and scooping the invisible innocents off the streets I decided to stick with 4 wheels ...still a crap shoot ...but airbags instead of asphalt . It is sad, but a risk that comes with all choices and freedom to choose.
I love this smile post btw ....and this has always been true. They can't take your attitude away, unless you give it up.

@jpf880 totally supportive of your decision. And I applaud that you are learning to become good at it.

Btw, I got a few good hours in yesterday towards accomplishing my cold weather chores.... and the temp actually hovered right above freezing last night Day time temps have been great, but it's the night temps dipping below freezing that are hindering me...I just need about another 5 days this month wherever I can get them with night time temps above freezing to get the work done

Well I also agree JPF....I have been pondering the same thing....even if I don't get a weapon I might just get the licence...there are a few placed indoor around here that will teach you how to use them.....so I have actually been thinking about it......and that in/of itself really means something....because I have always hated guns......

12/4 - 2: No hate for guns here, they do not kill people. Just like cars do as well, or a hammer, a rope, and a knife. It is the person behind those instruments that do so. Ban all cars then, because they kill more people in the U.S. than handguns or rifles. Ban all knives, even the ones you use to cook with, they have more death on them; than those scary guns. Oh ban hospitals as well, they have more wrongful deaths at their feet than guns.....

Ya need to quit speed-reading, my friend. In no way was my post picking on Tiffani or her smiles. I said an old adage was false, but that you burned less calories to smile than to frown. I would say that supports her position and I have no issue with her "smile" remarks.

I have always hated guns.

Blue, dear, is it really guns you hate or the bad people who use them to hurt others? I have never blamed the hammer for hitting my thumb - it is always the dumb user who is at fault. (look Uncle - a SMILE!)
BTW, doctors kill over 100,000 people a year in this country. Let's ban doctors.

Don't get me wrong......I don't want to ban them or anything like that...I know they are needed....it's just my perception of them......I really didn't mean "hate" more like "afraid of" .................yes they scare me...so do cars, Hospitals...and yes even most tools if you are not careful.....and I suppose that is why I said I wanted to take a class on using them............that is how I control my fear....with education.......
