Good morning everyone. Finally get to catch up on everything. Been pretty busy the past few days. The wife had surgery on her foot Thursday to remove a sewing needle stuck in there. She's been down from that, so I had to take over everything. I have no idea how she manages to do what she does day to day with cleaning, cooking, and chasing the little one. I am exhausted. Being back at work now feels like a day off lol. I am just glad she is starting to feel better now and is slowly getting around. Have a great day everyone.

12/21 - 4: TIOA Sns 5 Eps 5: The Angel really is a yacht, there was nothing you wished for while riding with her. Though the private jet could take off and land on top, the helicopter tucked a little over. The hot tub inside held 60, the one outside at the front of the ship held over 100, and dove smooth like a slide to the pool beyond; no one has figured out how many could get in it. She actually was bigger than an air craft carrier, everyone in the world knew this boat and the occupants. Her sister ship is of lore, shot and sank a pirate ship! Did not. Did to, I heard it on the radio.... But no pirate ship, nor any two or three around the world would try to stand toe to toe.

Christmas and New years were grand for all, the agreement was to stay until February. Some had more family to see, some wanted to go visit that place they had never gotten to go to, but wanted to. One treefam couple came back on the 2nd, and while speaking with Angel; she found out they wanted to see the Pyramids of Egypt. She sent them on the family jet, ordered the staff and crew to spend no less than $100,000 on themselves and the same for treefam couple.

Sounds like fun! I'm gonna go sometime soon, just not sure when just yet.....
We decided to pick the earliest showing at one of the less-flashy theaters in the hopes of getting decent seats. One of the new fads for theaters here is reserved seating--which means that shows are sold out days in advance, making the spur-of-the-moment "going to see a movie" a thing of the past. :( The one we're going to doesn't do that, so we'll see what happens.

Good night, Treefam!

It's like that at the larger theaters here, that's partly why I'm waiting a bit to go see it. Everybody's been so excited to see it, figured it would be best to wait a few days and avoid the mad rush....

Fuzzy, I understand your thoughts about transitions--and I don't disagree with them--but I think often the offered condolences are for those who remain and have to cope with the void left by such a passing. As such, please accept my own thoughts.
Full agreement, Count. I have seen many people over the years grieve at the passing of a friend or relative and it has always seemed to me that they cry for their own loss, not for the dead person. We humans often feel an empty space within ourselves when a dear one passes (or even if they just disappear from our lives and we never know if they are dead or alive and just living somewhere else). I am one of the weird ones who rejoices that they are free from pain and I fill my empty space immediately with love for all who are still here.

Ha ha, Uncle--no, most of the shopping was done. I just got caught up in things at the house--and then got to watch what might be the last NFL home game ever in San Diego. By then, it was approaching dinner time and we just watched some TV and went to bed.

@DaleH1985 . . . Yes - Very glad to read "wifey" is on the mend, however don't forget how difficult it was for "You" to step in to take her place while she was recouping . . . She probably still NEEDS some assistance around the house now - and even when she gets all better . . . At least Ya' got a reprieve when "You" went to work . . . Just Sayin ' . . . ;)

@Fuzzy Thunderbear . . . Actually, to be honest - while I am a "Tootle Puffer" and will always be - I do occasionally inhale directly to the lungs, but with very limited amount of vapor (the same as when smoking a cigarette) . . . Otherwise I will be coughing a lot more . . . Just Sayin' . . . :)

@Shawn Hoefer . . . Don't Ya' think it is about time to change "Your" avatar to one of a more recent picture of "You" . . . "You" Don't Look Like That Anymore . . . Just Sayin' . . . ;)

@CountBoredom . . . I use to "LOVE" going to the moviehouse, especially to see the big films on a big screen with a lot of people . . . Matter of fact, I would be one of those people who would be first in line (sometimes with friends) for the very first showing (GOTTA LOVE LIVING IN NYC) . . . NOW - I could care less and wait until I can see them in the comfort of "My" Private Theater (comes with a personal 46" screen and sound bar w/bass system too ;) ). . . I can dress as I like (or not), get what I really want to eat at a very reasonable price, and more importantly, I can usually pause the movie to take an intermission when I NEED to and still get back before anything else happens on the screen . . . Just Sayin' . . . :D

cry for their own loss, not for the dead person.

YEP - Both thoughts are VERY TRUE ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ AND - Those are just some of the finer points about Death, Dying, Grief and the Bereavement Process, while learning how to cope that I had to discuss and pass on to those who came to the Bereavement Support Group . . .

Okay - It's that time again . . . ;)

Once again - For all of the 'Tree-Peeps" already gone to bed and those about to go . . .

Hope Ya' have very restful night and pleasant dreams . . .

I hope everyone's weekend was wonderful
What's a weekend? :) Just kidding ya... I know this is a fantasy thing where some mythical people get to not work for a couple days, but around here, we are convinced such things do not really exist. :) :) Just saying "good night" from the farm...
