Speaking of music, I have to get ready to attend the Winter Concert at my kids' school. Word is that rehearsals today "didn't go so well." I guess that's what happens when a group of activist parents pushed out the long-time music teacher because she supposedly focused too much on pop songs. We'll see how it goes...

I went ahead and put my little vape stand together. I was going to clearcoat it first, but that one won't be permanent. It was just a trial run with some junk wood I had laying around. Cleaned the coffee table off and made me a happy place, too. lol

Oh man, "I Gotta Feeling" was my jam when I lived in Hawaii. Me and my girl would always rock that out when we were heading out. Every night was a good night there.

I got a big pot of spicy pinto beans with some nice smoked ham shanks, onions and jalapenos on the stove. I also have some cornbread in the oven. Perfect food for a nasty night like this.......
