Everything I have been posting here in the past few weeks is from when I was living in Grand Canyon, so they are all northern Arizona.

Some of these "houses" require you to be on hands and knees to get in and out. Even my dogs would have to duck to get in there.

TIOA Sns 8 eps 12: Count appeared out in a field a little distance from the structure before him. He began to walk slowly looking carefully around, he was able to move around some trees and finally see the place he was going. Counts eyebrows squinted together, this did not look the same as the image in the book, of course when was the painting compared to this time? And it sure was not this location.

The medieval castle was still being built, the wall was only about half way up according to his thinking. He walked a little closer, that is a second wall; sneaking closer the inner wall must have been 100' or more. There were workers all around, and soldiers below at the smaller wall; and above soldiers walking the tall wall.

Count waited and waited, it was pretty hot and he got thirsty; the sun still found him a little through the shade of the trees, the wind was blowing constantly. He waited all day long and nothing seemed to help, no one was coming anywhere out this far, no one seemed to be leaving or coming to the castle.

Count heard thunder and looked over to his left, there were dark clouds coming. Lightning bolts were hitting the ground far away, and a moment later the loud crack followed.

TIOA Sns 8 eps 13: Darlin ran towards the bars, her little arms fit between them easily; she reached as hard as she could towards Angel, she was crying a lot and hard. "Angel" she said sobbing. The man was coming quickly towards her. "Stop, please." Angel said a little loud and slightly raspy. The man made it to Darlin and stopped, he looked at Angel lying on the floor.

He took out his keys and searched through them, picking out one. He entered the key and turned it; opening the door to Angel he scoots Darlin around. Darlin ran forward, but noticed Angel was not moving and came almost to a stop, she carefully hugged her and kissed her forehead.

"You wanted to see her." said the man shutting the door and locking it, he then left the room; shut that door, locked it and left.

"Angel?" "Yes Darlin." "Are you okay?" "Yes sweetie, are you?" "Yes." they hugged for a long time. "Did they do anything to you Darlin?" "No, yo....." she paused. "Did they talk to you?" asked Angel. "Yes," she replied "they asked me a lot of questions, I am not sure what they were even trying to ask most of the time." she spoke a lot softer, the whisper almost too low for Angel. "I don't think they read."

Well, I have been told that I'm hiding too much. That's not the case...I've just been busier than a one-legged man in a... er... paper hanging contest.

No, seriously. The local B&M has gone through some staggering changes (and I fear more are coming) and I've been working there a couple days per week. Our season at the park has started up full-tilt boogie, so I'm there 5 days per week. Then there's the farm. Oh,vyeah, and more reviews finished and more in the pipe.

Sad to say with all that's going on, I've not even been lurking very well...

TIOA Sns 8 eps 14: The thunderstorm came in, the sky was dark the lightning all around, the rain beat down hard and constant, slightly at an angle but just warm. Count drank water from leaves as the rain poured down, when he was done he started towards the first wall. When would the next lightning flash be, their guess was as good as his, this can be an advantage.

He moved a little faster, the light would flash, he would make a jump or something needed. If the crack was loud enough and they looked up, he could make another good move. He was right up to the first wall, just low in a ditch and looking. Two guards were in his way, they were looking back. Even if I get past them, they would be chasing me, to the next wall? No. he thought. Sounds caught his attention and he looked for some time. The drunkard was giving the soldiers a hard time and coming outside. He went over just to the right of Count and started working his hands down low, Hmmm hmmmm hmmm. and fell over passed out.

"If you could only see what I gave that tree, ha ha Ha Ha!!! oh mmm the rain washed it away." "Get out of here." said one soldier strongly. Count walked stumbling towards the next wall. He did not know if the next soldiers knew him, or if he was allowed in the next area, only one way to find out. He walked towards them slowly stumbling and when he got close took one long big slug; and swallowed it.

Finally got enough things, somewhat organized and a little time so that dinner wasn't sammichs or microwave. I actually cooked some food - had mixed veggies, taters and chicken - no leftovers.

2. Well my day certainly got away from me. Was barely at work before a client came in unexpectedly needing some stuff done, then the boss called and wanted to take me out to lunch to celebrate my 5 year anniversary of working for her. Had a very nice lunch and then we went for a (unnecessary to me anyway) training on our new online Electronic Court system, which I've been using for over 2 years now, but they just started using it in the county where I work and so my boss decided we should go to the training. Oh well, at least it got me out of the office for the rest of the afternoon and I didn't have to do a darn thing.

Pretty easy day over all, at least until I got home, that was when I found one of my precious little furbabies very lethargic, so unlike his normal bouncy self. We think he ate a lizard and it made him sick. The vet said to keep an eye on him for now and bring him in if he gets worse, but so far he's just mostly laying around. If he's not improved by morning, I'll take him in then. Even the other dogs are worried about him. His momma and his brother are both laying with him and you can tell they are wondering what's up with him.

@KatzWh1skers Definitely need an expedition to find that chocolate milk river! I'm guessing that's where the donuts grow!
