Yeah, I hear that! I am always more than willing to give away (or donate) those things I no longer need, but I am always reluctant to give things to those who will not appreciate what it is that I have just put in their hands. I used to do a lot of wood carving and always gave away my creations. Those who wanted them, but either sold them or did not display them, never got another one. Those who put them on their bookshelves for all to see always got more. I also remember not eating lunch at school so I could go over to Radio Shack and buy resistors and capacitors with my lunch money to work on special projects, so if someone gave me an old radio or TV that I could scrounge those parts out of, I was in Seventh Heaven. And, usually, whatever I made, if it worked, was given to someone else too. This PIF business has always been a two-way street for me.I also have a thing about getting my once treasured item to someone who will also treasure it the way I did...
