However, I'm embarrassed to say that I was a little indisposed at the time . . .

AND - After 7 Weeks of not being able to get into the tube to have a shower - I was really due too . . . If Ya' know what I mean . . . Even washed up & scrubbed the whole body (not covered in saran wrap) & hair 4 x's . . .

Felt Real Good Too . . .

Depends on what Ya' mean by "behavin" . . .

Now for an "Uncle" Update: Like "GMO" - I am still recouping too, however I am recouping from "My" Quintuple Bypass Operation that took place over 7 weeks ago . . . AND - While some people knew this already - I had asked for it to be kept quite and out of the thread until I was ready to mention it to everyone . . . More importantly, to be Absolutely Honest - although I know we are very close in this special "family" thread, I really did not want "My" health issues either to take over this thread with something so personal - nor did I want or feel anyone should be posting the obligatory get well/good vibes/praying for Ya' stuff (AND - VERY important there is NO NEED for anyone to do so now either) . . . Anyway - Just thought I would let people know - Now that I am on "My" way to getting back to normal (well normal for 'Me" ) and will be going to Outpatient Cardiac Rehab within the next couple of weeks . . . So Yes - I am back on ECF under very limited conditions, especially given that I can barely type with the peripheral neuropathy from Diabetes that has extended into my hands/fingers after the operation . . . I will post again when I can . . .

well... @Uncle ...there's always Dragon Speech ...for dictating speech ...but that is more energy then you may want to expend right now... getting the "right" mic ...( the headset type works great for me )...or your text looks like hijacked gooble-dee-goop ...and learning some basic commands ...It's been a life saver for me . When I broke my dominant paw a few years back it opened up a whole new world of learning to do things different.
Just keep doin whatcha need to do ....

Just got back from a Godiva "dipping class" for the kids--I'm all chocolated-out right now. Few hours trying to get things done and then it's off to a friend's house for dinner.

Glad to read that you finally got some rubber-ducky time, @Uncle. I was beginning to wonder what that smell was...

5. Dinner is going to be pizza for us tonight, but probably won't have that for a while yet...thinking we might rent a couple of movies since there is nothing on TV.

3/26 - 5: If you only knew how some ECF friends motivated me today. Spicy Cajun chicken with red beans and rice and cole slaw for dinner to celebrate. The snow is in agreement.

Went and looked at the house. I want to get it but don't know how things will work out. There were others there looking as well and I know at least some of them want it. Bunch of crap I never heard of before - application process, first in gets first shot on that if they pass the investigation. I can understand a check to make sure you can pay and won't cause trouble but damn this thing looks like it goes a bit too deep for just renting a house - If I was buying and applying for a loan maybe but I just wanna rent a house not the penthouse presidential suite of the lala risty joint. Not worried about being able to pass any of their checks, just hoping my application got into the system correctly and before anyone else.
Never had to go thru anything like this before to rent a place - would just go, say yeah I'll take it, go back to the office, fill out paper work and move in.

6. Had our pizza, but decided to skip the movies...everything we wanted to see was already out...well, there was stuff I would have watched, but he didn't want to see them, so now we're stuck with nothing to watch...oh well, that'll give me time to read some of my book, so it's all good.
