Good morning everyone. I know I have been MIA a lot lately. It's been tough to find the time to get on with the little ones. We are all still trying to adjust. My older daughter does finally seem to be doing better with the new baby in the house, but she still has her moments. Two kids only 18 months apart has been rather rough at times.

I hope everyone had a good Easter. I ate a lot of brisket yesterday. One of the few things I love more than brisket, is leftover brisket! Brisket sandwiches are definitely on the menu for later today.
