Hi all! Two hours on the treadmill done, and time to get a shower. I talked to my friend again tonight, she wants to go home, LOL. They still aren't happy with her heartbeat but she says she doesn't know why. And she still has a headache off and on.

15 minute rule
Just got to work.. I don't know why but it seems like everyday on my way to work I can barely hold my eyes open. It's like I'm fine but as soon as I get in the car and start driving I can literally barely stay awake :/
@SLM wow you did 2 whole hours on the treadmill! I have an exercise bike and I can barely do 30 minutes without getting super bored.. What's your secret??? I have been doing insanity for the last month and a half too and I have to force myself to do it!

So almost all know of the Titanic and it's passengers, some even know or remember that the ship carried cargo. She had been given the task of bringing mayonnaise to America for the first time. After the ship sank it was so tragic it has been remembered since: cinco de mayo

Well, so far its a good day. I had to be at epa training an hour later than im usually at work but i still get paid for the whole day. so its almost like i got paid to have breakfast with my family . Its a half day class that the company pays for. Also a plus, its a skill and cert i can put on my resume. @jpf880 .40 or 9mm? P226 (just a guess judging by your avatar ) nice group. Sending lead down range is the best therapy ever. I hope you all have a good day. I'll be back in a while....

Good morning treefam. The coffee isn't doing much today. Dang how i wish my kiddos would get on a good sleep schedule. My wife is great about letting me sleep, but i feel bad that she is up all night with the kids. So, i let hersleep some in the evenings, then wake her around 2 am and i got to bed. Usually i get like 2-3 hours of sleep and its time to bounce back up and go to work again. It's a vicious cycle.

@jpf880 i need some stress relief like that. I got an old .22 revolver i might have to pull out and play around with some.

@Mandikay i know how you feel on those drives to work. That's me every day anymore.

Good morning all. I'm back at work, oh yay! At least it's only until 5 again today and off tomorrow so that's good!

@Mandikay Finding something to do really, really helps pass the time. Otherwise yea, 10 minutes feels like 10 hours. I usually play on my phone or something like that. Lots of people put in earbuds and listen to music I've been told. Just find something to occupy your mind, or yea, you can go crazy fast!

I think that clothes in a store are a lot like pound puppies. As you pass by the rack, shirts are metaphorically wagging their sleeves, excitedly thinking, “Pick me! Pick me!” If you stop and look at one, its pulse quickens. Head for the dressing room and they’re giddy. Being placed back on the rack is a bummer of a setback but, if they go into the bag, it’s off to their Forever Home where they get to hang out with lots of others just like them and even get taken out and shown off every so often. Except for underwear. Underwear gets the serial killer victim treatment: snatched up, shoved in a dark bag, and then thrown into the trunk. Even after you get them home, they’re hidden in a drawer and when you do don them, they’re quickly blindfolded by your pants, and then they have genitals and ... rubbed all over them all day. Probably woulda been better off just being euthanized.
