Hello all my tree family. Sorry I have not been on much but the pain has been debilitating to say the least.
So my surgery was moved to today. Not sure why because I snapped out of the Anastasia right away, but they kept me overnight. Quite a bit of pain but it was C 5-6 and C 6-6
Now for my gripe..... The "guy" who rented next door to us assured us he wanted to buy our house. We spoke with him and his wife on many occasions, telling them they needed to go on s financial diet for a few months to save every penny they could. We also told them that in order to buy in the timeline they wanted I was going to need lots of help finishing everything because there was absolutely NO way I was giving them the house 98% finished and take a huge loss on the house... We offered to trade them time worked for a great deal on a 14' step ladder; mower; and what ever else they wanted. We also, with over 3 months warning, told them there was so much work Needed to be done, and told them we not only would give them the stuff, but would also help them with considerably more than the customary $5,000, because we were saving by not involving realtors and they were helping with finishing the house.
Well months went by with no help. They wanted to give notice on their appartment. I convinced them twice not to until they got bank approval. Then one day he tells me he has given his notice. Well I told him he better get his friends over and figure on super long days till my surgery. Well he told me it was wrong for him to work on the house because he would have to pay more for it and I didn't need to finish what was left, he would do it and pay a heck of a lot less for the house.
Well I reminded him piggy and I had completely redone the place once again and was no way we were giving him a $240.000 house for $160,000. His reply was what could I do because with all the simple things like painting rooms and easy such things,,,, I could not do because of my surgery
Well he was shocked when I thanked in for like 12 hours of work done whe he know I needed a lot more. And four days before the surgery I let him know how badly he did me in that there was no way to finish the house b4 surgery. I was paying him cash for what little he worked and instead of taking a $100,000 loss on the house I was quitting all construction for six months while I recover and will pay the mortgage until I can get it finished and sold.
Well you should have see the panic in his face when he realized all the times he blew me off to go out to dinner, rent HBO fight shows. Spend the weekend fishing, hire a realtor knowing it would come out of my pocket, and all coming over to brag about blowing money as piggy and I scrimped and went without for him... Only to know I meant what I said. He has to be out by July 7th and due to his blatantly trying to take advantage of me..... No way I will sell to him for six months and at a huge profit for piggy and I
