..just read your post @Mandikay .... wow, that sucks ..good news is ... at least the boss has shown his hand ... You and your fiance know what the boss is all about now .... But I agree with many others here ...at this point can it really get any worse by talking to the boss? Maybe he doesn;t know that his kin is jacking *** ... or maybe he does...and still doesn;t care... His boss has shown his true colors...and you now know something you did not know before about the man... As with Tiggs, only your fiance can chose whether to stay or go ...

Thanks everyone, I definitely agree that he should talk to the boss.. I mean really what can it hurt at this point??

We I've only got 45 minutes left at work then to the vape shop.. Maybe that will cheer me up.. No no I have to remember I'm only going to get a battery :/ then after that to Walmart I go.. I really need to quit procrastinating with the groceries lol

Oh, I wish! No, instead I get to go out to lunch/dinner (my wife wants to call it dinner--but, c'mon, it's not even 2 pm!) with my Father-in-Law. Oh yeah.

@Mandikay, I'd add to what Katz said about not putting it off. It's been my experience that the people who aren't any good have a tendency to bad-mouth those who are. It's better to get ahead of the situation than to let it fester.

Sorry you're going through all of this, Tiggs, but at least it sounds as if the wheels of bureaucracy are in motion...

@Mandikay If there is anything I can say is do not wait for the bullet for the both of you. If you or your Fiancé are mad/upset at the job. It is because you both want to see improvements. If you or he are still unhappy, like I was, then there is no change. Your time will come like mine, do not let it happen at the same time or close together, tell him to go. I assure you I get it.

I know @glassmanoak has had some health issues recently. Does anybody know how backlogged things are there? Been a while since I submitted my info (3-4 weeks, I think?) and haven't received a reply. Am I being too impatient? I don't want to appear rude or unconcerned with the recovery...just wondering what the turnaround time is.

I didn't get on this morning because I had to drive to the VA hospital in Sturgis for my yearly exam and to have this darn rotator cuff issue examined. He thinks surgery might be required. I think my body will fix it without being cut open. Time will tell.
