Well, it seems there are work related shakeups everywhere today..... I think that my boss may be on the way to be fired, or quit before the week is out. How I learned of this, I will keep to myself until things change. Hope all is better

It's been my experience that the people who aren't any good have a tendency to bad-mouth those who are. It's better to get ahead of the situation than to let it fester.

Glad things are starting to turn around for you . @ThaFuzz..you've been thru alot . Maybe not so great for yer boss, but hey , the wheels of change keep -a-turnin. (best to not get on the underside of em )

Lots of boss stuff today - hang tough folks and do what you feel is the right thing for each of you.

The other guy in my section (the team lead) was out sick today and I had to fly basically solo. Not fun as I'm not fully up to speed on some of the things that go on and today had some extra tasks - not all went smooth. With a few questions and some assistance from the others around I managed to get it all back on track and done - was even able to get out on time.

After all that I went to the DMV - got the bike registered and the temp tag. Regular plate and final paperwork should be here within 10 days.

Oh and if you are afraid to ask questions, or feel in any way worried about your job...... your sign is there. Right, all of my employees were told to not talk, therefore not ask questions, in other words now the law......... right..........

An hour and a half of work to go. Then home for a bit to eat and while I'm not going to the gym, I am going for a walk. I used to walk to think on things. Now I find it's one of the few things I can do to not think.

I didn't get on this morning because I had to drive to the VA hospital in Sturgis for my yearly exam and to have this darn rotator cuff issue examined. He thinks surgery might be required. I think my body will fix it without being cut open. Time will tell.

OK @tiggerrts please pay close attention. You are now free. Even if you want to turn the boss in for all his bad habits, and I won't tell you not to, for your own well being and peace of mind, put it all behind you and do not dwell on it for even a moment. Here's something I wrote in 1967 and it is printed on all my checks as a reminder to self: "Use imagination to hone your intent and you can create miracles." Move your life forward now. Do not live in the past. That life no longer exists. If you dwell on it, you recreate it. You do not want more of that crap in your life. Envision the perfect job and the perfect boss and you will make it so. Even if no one else on this thread "gets it," I know that you know what I am talking about. Rejoice in your freedom. Become what you want to be. Today is beautiful. You can make tomorrow even more beautiful. Grab that picture and go, amigo. (might also apply to you, @Mandikay )

My dad who is in his eighties now tore his rotator cuff about 10 years ago and did not want to go through surgery. It took him several years but he is pretty much back to normal. It's amazing how much he does at 8 3.
