Everyone has insecurities, just don't let them get the better of you.
Something I like to say to myself before any interview or new gig; "If not this, something better".
thank you for that

..that's somethin we all need to (re) hear every so often ... since the world can be a rough and tumble playground to play in sometimes ...and sometimes we can be our own worst enemies.... Best if our self-talk is positive ....enough negativity floating around out there to light up the City....
Tiggs ... we may hate to admit it, but we humans are creatures of habit and routine ... and in the next few days you may really start to feel that change in your routine ... Best advice I ever got was to try to stay with your old routine as much as possible ..get up at the same time...get dressed.... start your work day as before ... shower and go to bed as before ...
OR make up your own new routine ...and stick to it

Use the "work day" to research your prospects, make calls to your contacts ... and read uplifting and inspirational stuff when you just don;t have that in ya... Above all else ... be kind to yourself ...I know this was a shock for you . I have no doubt you are going to miss your co-workers terribly ...and their companionship ...That part of your routine may be the worst part of it for you, as you are such a sociable creature

... If you have work friends that you are still in contact with ... and they are open to it ... you might consider texting them a line just as you would have when you took a break ...or on the lunch hour... It's not the same, but you will miss that camaraderie
Remember...you always have us ...whenever you need to talk
