Thursday at W and it's not going bad. Kinda slow feeling like I suspected being ready for a day off tomorrow.

@Fuzzy Thunderbear that's an amazing temp drop! Sucks the wind broke your cover though. Hopefully it's fixable.

Catch y'all later.

Just over 6 hours to go here. Time is crawling today. At least it's a decent day outside.

@Mandikay there a couple new shops not too far from me. I checked out one the other day. Not too bad. I may go to the other tomorrow just to see what it's like. I was in a really nice shop in VA not terribly long ago. They had a bunch of stock... lots of mods and tanks and juice... it was nice! Where I'm at, most shops don't have much variety to look at.

Have a good afternoon all. Catch ya later.

Was worried that my liquids from GMO would be in the post and us not actually live here any more:lol::facepalm:

Thats not a dig btw thats a serious comment we lost our last place because landlady effed off to dubai and stopped paying her mortgage whilst still taking her rent from us!? Had 30 days to move, did so without any issues luckily but quite a few long term postages must have turned up after we left because we never got them whilst there and didnt give a forwarding address because the people that took over the flat wanted rent up until the day we left hahaha no chance we had to cough up a deposit and months rent up front to move in 30 days!? who were they tryna kid lol:-x

But yeah... Life panic over im working now just get stabilised pay off our debts, Vape on and jump back to IT when comfortable :thumb:

6/30 - 2: Okay first glad you said it @Fuzzy Thunderbear I was going to mention today is Thor's day, like July is for Julius Caesar. It may have been on your news or you can check facebook and see the aftermath of two trains colliding in Panhandle Texas, I drove by it today; the pictures did not take.

1. If a train is coming and your car is stuck walk towards the train, the debris of your car will go forward with the train away from you.
2: A fully loaded train with full breaks and no more acceleration takes over two miles to stop, three died in the accident. The main engineer fell asleep "at the wheel" the details on the other two are still to be determined. There is a lot of weight in a train and it will not stop for a very long time.
3. I want you to think about how much trains more, federal marshals are to by firearm force all employees to work if there is even a whif of a strike, if the trains stopped your grocery store would be out of food in three days, nationwide.
4. After yesterdays discussion and those who wish to do harm, will be sitting at home thinking of bad think, like a bridge with a track. Would effect thousands if not millions. There is a reason the Gov. tells you to store three months of food back. You never know what might happen like jihad doing bad things.
Okay so my daily I love you all and care and hope you think on it.
Back to your regularly scheduled program.

like July is for Julius Caesar
I wonder how many people on this planet are aware that every movie they have ever seen that uses that name has mispronounced it... In Latin, there is no J sound, so his name was pronounced Yoolioos and Caesar was his family name, not a title, and it was pronounced Kaizar (yes, like the Russians borrowed it later to use as a title). Gaius Julius Caesar was his full name. Later, a dude named Augustus decided to use that family name as a title because it was so well known and powerful, so he called himself Caesar Augustus (still Kaizar in pronunciation) and that is where we got the month of August. These two months were added into the calendar much later. The Romans only had a ten-month calendar for most of their history. September means 7th month, October means 8th month, November means 9th month, and December means 10th month. Then came the god Janus (he who looks both ways)... This BS could go on for pages and pages... ;)

Welcome to ECF @Chad Heyer Check out this neat contest thread where you can win some really good e-liquid just by chatting with the great folks who hang out here (see complete "rules" on page 1). Lots of fun here! Nicest people on the forum and you just might learn a thing or twelve... :)

Another constant go day and working late - 4 for 4 so far. Supposed to get out an hour early tomorrow - wonder if it'll happen.
Then to make things worse, my lunch was stolen out of the break room fridge. It's happened to others before. When the guy gets caught, whatever is left of them will get fired.

I knew that, and yes it could go on for pages, the history is pretty fascinating though. Wonder how many people know that cement is no better today than when the Roman's made it, and the arch's that really work are the same the Roman's came up with. Right another level of how we have to a degree digressed as a society. Or am I wrong our building and roads last for 100's and 1,000's of years. The brick road in front of my house is 120 years old, and not one sign of failure, will last 5,6 700 years or more, imagine if a new highway was constructed in brick that lasted that long. No go cheap and "new"

@SLM I have a ton of vape shops around me but I only go to one of them.. They are a little high on some things but most of the stuff is decent priced. I like going there because the staff is great.. Unlike the other vape shop I used to go to before I discovered this one. They were not only extremely overpriced but they were very rude.

@Chris H awesome! Glad you found a job. I know you feel alot better now :)

@tiggerrts I actually knew that.. But only because I work at a cement plant lol

6/30 - 4: Ring, ring. "Hello." "Yes I would like to check the status of my yard and your inspection yesterday." Your address and blah, blah blah. "The city is contracting to take care of your yard." "I have tried to call the supervisor three times, he was to call me two times, I have taken pictures of the yard, guess I will have to call a lawyer." "Um, hold on a second." I am put on hold, about five seconds later the supervisor who inspected my yard and turned me over for about a $700 job. We talk and I say at one point. "I have the yard all below eight inches, the law is ten inches right?" He responds "No, the law is eight." I then discuss the mower issue, and things that happened. How you can see the grid in the yard on the progress. By the way I have pictures and you just said I am under the law. Guess who gave "me" and "Extension" ? ;)
