Epiphany! I know what Banyan Tree is! You know those bags of trail mix with all the dried fruit? Banana, mango, pineapple, coconut, raisins, peanuts, etc. That's it! Somehow, @glassmanoak managed to put one of those bags into juice form.

It has been an age or so ago, I thought it was twelve flavors?

Baaaaannnnyaaaan! Great "mystery" juice. I'm getting banana and tobacco as primary flavors...don't know about the rest.
Dragon's Blood - strawberry with some dragonfruit....not completely sure anout this one yet.
Ectoplasm - orange and lime, I think. Nice, refreshing citrus vape.

Overall, pretty happy with my choices, but Banyan Tree is the real standout so far. Now, back to vaping.

She finally went to sleep around 1, then woke up about 3:30 soaked in sweat and screaming and crying.

Poor little tyke. Hope she feels better in a hurry. It's always heartbreaking when the little ones are sick, cuz ...as my doctor likes to say ..."they are poor historians". Hope ma and pa get some rest and peace of mind too.

hmmm... Cursive was already becoming obsolete in the schools in 2000..I know that...cuz I made the effort to teach one of my homeschool charges to write in cursive. I think of it as a kind of "code" ..since it isn't taught anymore... So all of us who can read and write it are in this sort of secret club

I have been told time and again that I write like a girl. I think it is because I was a draftsman back in the days before computers and I am also a calligrapher, so fluid writing is in my blood.

I have tried to simplify my life with automatic billing and direct deposit. I've only had one snag but it was bad enough. The water Department goofed up my meter reading and overbilled me by about $800. So of course I got on the phone and gave them my correct reading and all was supposed to be good. Until 2 weeks later when they deducted the original incorrect amount and then added the correct amount which was only about $80. This was about 3 months ago and they refused to give me a full refund of the amount I overpaid leaving $150 credit on my account to cover next billing cycle. It's very difficult to fight the utilities when they have your money

Phil, that was exactly the point I was trying to make. Once you have opened your account(s) to someone other than yourself, they will take what they want when they want it with no consideration that it is not legally theirs and your other obligations are irrelevant as far as they are concerned. Taking ten times what was owed meant you might not have been able to pay some other bill(s) and, even when you corrected their error, they decided your money was theirs to keep anyway. If you take an extra $150 away from me one month, it could very easily mean we do not get to eat this month. But they simply don't give a damn.

I know a lot that I am not willing to discuss on this forum - not even via PM - because all this text is monitored (and not by ECF). But here's one I can say: The US Federal Government has given permission to the banks to confiscate your savings account if they determine they need it. And you cannot do anything about it. And they might never give it back. And tough noogies 'cause O'Bummer said they can.

Good morning everyone. Had a rough night, the kids were terrified, we had that shooting in Baton Rouge a few days ago and they have had people protesting all around the areas. Nothing has been violent so far from what I have seen, but I try not to play the news to much because the kids are already scared enough. They have just seen so many protests turn violent on TV that they think the same will happen here. Hopefully everything will stay peaceful.

Julius 8 - 1: Good morning all, I do not understand something. How could anyone cheer the shooting of the cops? No, right pics or it did not happen. How is it we can mourn the loss of life in Orlando before we ever see the pictures. We sensed a loss of life. It did not matter if they were black, Mexican, white, male, female, 20, 30 40 years old. You finally see the pictures but you did not care. How is it that we actually do live with zombies. We live with zombies and they actually walk fast. Going to hold back on some other thoughts and wait for better information to come out, but hey some things can not be undone.

SMH Sorry Dale you may be correct, the education apparently is worse than I thought.

Edit: @DaleH1985 perhaps you did not see the line just under the video, I acquiesced the position.

Also one thing that can not be undone, is the lives lost, and unfortunately we must still wait for information, in the state of Texas to shoot an officer dead, is an automatic sentence to the chair. People just not thinking.

Sorry guys I've been a little behind on things here the past few days. My phone is down so I can only check in from work.
@tiggerrts I honestly wish it was just her playing me, but I truly believe she is just one of those people who can't grasp a simple concept. Oh well no matter I guess I'm still getting a paycheck and she will be the one in the unemployment line soon enough.
Good news, my daughter is feeling better. She was more herself last night. The only downside, after 2 days of not doing much, she didn't wanna go to bed last night. She finally gave in at about 1:45 this morning. Needless to say this dad is tired today.
