I think i need to do what @westhc is doing and grab me another cup. That first one just didn't do the trick today. Just talked to the wife. Our daughter is still sleeping after her rough night. Glad she is getting some rest. Unfortunately for momma though, our youngest one is up and ready for her bottle

Good morning, everyone.

@ThaFuzz, I'm sorry to hear of your new tab. That must be rough. :(

Got a notice in the mail yesterday about the sighting of a mountain lion six blocks away in a back yard. The folks took a video so no question about what they saw. Those houses back up directly onto the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The mountain lions rarely come so close to housing.
I love it when people buy homes near open space (canyons, mountains, etc.) because they "want to be close to nature" and then freak out when nature comes calling...

Good Mornin' / G'Night and Good Vibes Tree Fam!

@DaleH1985 - Sorry, I hope she feels better soon, for everyone's sake. Pick up some natural, unsweetened, cranberry juice on your way home. (Whole Foods or Natural Food Store.) If it's a urinary tract infection it will help tremendously, if not, it won't harm.
Good morning, everyone.

I have lived in the same place for many years. There has never been a public outcry against local wildlife. If my memory is correct there have been no attacks on people or pets by mountain lions, a few pets have been taken by coyotes, and there have been 2 shark attacks, luckily none fatal.
People reasonably enjoy the ocean and the hills and the wild critters and are sensible about co-existence.

Thanks fellas. Its been tough but im ok. I kinda saw it coming, just when you finally realize its real it hurts a little. So far the tab is a little less than $3k but divorce and custody is gonna be a crapload more (and i really dont have all that much to spare) its cool though, ive got coffee and 6nic and enough wire and rayon to keep going for ages for next to nothing. Sun is shining, grass is green. Life rolls on.

Hi everyone...have been absent for a while, but I'm back now...had a lot of crap going on for the past two weeks, but I got it resolved yesterday and now I'm in a much happier place...of course, the down side is now I'm looking for a job again after several years, but the upside is I no longer have to deal with a toxic person who is constantly dragging me down...I didn't realize how much it had been affecting me and how depressed it had made me until I finally made the decision to leave...the bf pointed it out that after I left, my bad mood I've been in for the past couple of years seemed to have instantly lifted...never realized how her toxicity was affecting me!

@glassmanoak - I did get my juice from the contest last week...didn't have a chance to post about it, but thank you so much...smells great as always...now that I have the time, I'm going to start digging into it!

@SLM - :bday: to you, even if it's a day late.

@DaleH1985 - sorry to hear little one is sick...sending healing vibes for her and extra energy for you and the wife to help make it through.

@ThaFuzz - so sorry to hear you are going through that...good vibes being sent for you...stay strong, you'll make it through it.

Good vibes and well wishes to anyone else who I may have missed.

@angelphyre Glad things are looking up and thanks for the birthday wishes. :)

Just had a little lunch and a piece of one of those big chocolate chip cookies for lunch. It was a birthday cookie. :)

Not a bad day so far. Hope everyone is doing well. Catch y'all later.

@Fuzzy Thunderbear - Sorry you had some bad experiences with direct deposit and ACH, but, knock wood, I haven't.

I have tried to simplify my life with automatic billing and direct deposit. I've only had one snag but it was bad enough. The water Department goofed up my meter reading and overbilled me by about $800. So of course I got on the phone and gave them my correct reading and all was supposed to be good. Until 2 weeks later when they deducted the original incorrect amount and then added the correct amount which was only about $80. This was about 3 months ago and they refused to give me a full refund of the amount I overpaid leaving $150 credit on my account to cover next billing cycle. It's very difficult to fight the utilities when they have your money

A funny thing happened on the way to the forum... wait, wrong movie. Anyway, yesterday afternoon, while out working in the horse barn and chicken coop, I was in the tool crib filling the chicken's oyster shell feeder and both horses walked in, then I saw a huge flash that lit up the whole place, followed by a monster kaboomer, then two calves ran in, pushing the horses out of the way, all the chickens that weren't already in the coop ran into the barn, followed by a huge quantity of sparrows, and the female Pyr joined me in the tool crib (she's afraid of thunder). The heavens opened up and heavy rain pelted everything, so I sat down to have a vape break until the deluge slowed down and that 90-pound dog tried to crawl in my lap. More lightning/thunder and a few minutes later Wifey showed up to tell me there was a tornado warning for our area (we don't do tornadoes on this side of the state!), so I finished the work I was doing and went in the house. The whole sky was mammatus and, oddly, was beautiful to look at in the light of the setting sun, even though it is indicative of extreme turbulence. Things calmed down before evening chores, but it managed to rain most of the night and it is still pitter-pattering out there right now. My pastures are happy again.

Welcome to ECF @Strick Check out this neat contest thread where you can win some really good e-liquid just by chatting with the great folks who hang out here (see complete "rules" on page 1). Lots of fun here! Nicest people on the forum and you just might learn a thing or twelve... :)

@liblue1 Not sure if it's just you or not.

I had some issues last week or the week before. Nobody else seemed to be. Sometimes I think it's just the way internet is working that day. How Data gets routed. Or how the server is behaving.

    Think cool thoughts!
