Just a quickie on this deeming BS: Unless some of those lawsuits against the FDA bear some fruit very quickly, there will be no point in me entering
any contest on ECF for
any vaping equipment or juice, whether it is considered a "sample" juice (or credit for such) or piece of hardware (e.g., mod, tank, whatever). South Dakota says no tobacco products can be sent or received within this state, and, as of August 8th, the FDA deems all this vape stuff to be tobacco products (regardless of the truth), therefore my state will not permit delivery of such. Right now, you just can't have cigarettes delivered to you here, but as soon as the deeming regs are in effect, it would even be illegal for me to PIF some of my extra supplies to someone because I would be "dealing in tobacco products."
I don't want to lose contact with all you people, but seriously, what's the point of this forum if we can't buy/sell/trade/give? Yes, some threads talk about how-to-do-it (coils, wicks, Watts, TC, etc.) and they might still have some value, but doesn't the enthusiasm for any discussion go away when we can no longer acquire the merchandise? Joe Bloe is raving about the latest and greatest tank he just got, but I cannot ever buy one, so what good does it do me to read about it? I know that not all of you will be so affected (at least not right away), so this might sound like me whining, but it is not intended that way. What are
we, The People, going to do about this Tyrannical BS?
