Good morning, everyone. Another week, another M morning...

@Uncle, I have no sage advice on teeth except to make sure that they give you that shot when they begin the work. They forgot to give me mine when they started doing my wisdom teeth--they had managed to crack two before I could finally let them know.. Best of luck, and best wishes!

AH - Although "My" wisdom teeth were removed over 40 years ago, "We" must of had the same dentist since he broke mine as he was removing them too . . . Anyway, the strangest thing was I never had even a cavity before I was 21 . . . :censored: :censored: :censored:

BTW: THANKS Everyone for the words of encouragement and support - however nothing had been decided yet what is going to be eventually done (Try to hold on to what I have or remove & replace) until then just going to gum "My" way through it all . . . So for now - let's all get back to your regular programing - "The vape Tree" and Life in general . . . :D

That would not be pleasant. I've had to stop my Dentist in the middle of a filling because the aenesthetic wasn't working. Took two more shots to get it numb. Don't want to sound like an "Anti-Dentite", but I sometimes wonder about people that choose a career field that imposes pain on people on a daily basis.

If you are old enough you may remember way back when you were expected to carry on through the "minor" dental procedure pain.
Then when I moved to CA I found a dentist who believed in pain free procedures. Loved that man, who retired several years ago.

You All are talking about having your teeth ripped out of your mouth and then temporary teeth just shoved back in while Ya' suffer in pain for over a year before getting any better and hopefully get the permanent dentures that fit
One last shot and I'll shut up Unc. It doesn't have to be the way they are making you think. All mine were pulled in one sitting and full dentures stuffed in. I took my own stitches out in about 10 days. I keep the plastic in my mouth all day - even sleep with them in. No adhesive required. I can eat anything (yes, even a nice juicy hard green apple). And ever since (that was done in 1977), I have not had to go to a dang dentist even once.

OK, some rant about National Weather Service: At Oh-dark-thirty, today's forecast was for 86 and thunderstorms in the area by noon. At 1 PM (three more hours of heating left to go), it is already 92 (56% RH feels like 102) and not even one tiny puff of cloud in the sky. Pitching cow dung today is gonna be hard...

OK, at 2:30 PM it is 97 degrees at 55% RH (heat index = 115 degrees) and there are now half a dozen tiny puffies floating around the sky. With any luck, they might become one whole thunderstorm cloud by midnight. I can't really say NWS was wrong (other than temperature) because midnight is, after all, after noon. ;)

Bundled up in my jacket a few minutes ago to go outside and see if there were any whales about. No luck.
We rarely get a thunderstorm. In the fall and winter, rain, high winds yes, but rarely lightening and thunder.
What I miss most out here in the summer is lightning bugs/fireflies - whatever they may be called in your neighborhood.
