8/2 - 2: Good morning all, boss called the day off and looks like tomorrow. Really okay, still recovering, as some pain left me yesterday I found others. Stomach was hurting and still tender this morning. Think it was crawling under the house yesterday, remodel and the foundation is pier and beam. So not only up in the attic a few times, then belly crawling under after. Tight spaces as well, with nothing but a few small flashlights I started from one side of the house, the only entry, and crawled all the way to the other side flat on my stomach.
Some locations were so tight that even with my head turned I had to squeeze past, all for nothing. Come to find out where I needed to work was an addition to the house, a giant concrete slab was in the way. I needed to find if there was any path for wire, no. Did find a petrified something "cat, possum, very big rat?" Not sure, but it was staring at me from the beyond. You know dark, dank and apparently mummies live there.
Looks like I will finish reading that book today then, and gives me time to make some important phone calls. Later.
