Or stuck at work, LOL! About an hour to go, then home for dinner and pack to leave tomorrow for an overnight trip.

1. Totally missed getting on here yesterday...got too busy...had to go for an eye appointment and they changed my prescription a lot...I knew I was having trouble seeing things far away, always have, and what a difference these new contacts make...I can see again!
...But the downside is now I can't see anything up close with them in...with my old ones, I only needed my readers for really, really small print, but now I can't even see my computer clearly without them and my phone, forget about it! ...Getting old(er) really bites sometimes!
Going to a concert tonight (Lynyrd Skynyrd and Peter Frampton) and at least I'll actually be able to see them!...Just hope the rain goes away before then because it's an outdoor concert.
Sending good vibes and healing energy to all those who need it.

Without a pair of 2 readers , I am blind. I stepped on and broke my readers a few days back ... couldn't find the back up pair till some time later.... shoulda seen me trying to "improvise" ...
Hope all are rollin nicely into their Fridays

Had a busy morning but was able to leave at 11:30 for the picnic. Get fed, lounged a bit the was able to leave a bit early. Did some grocery shopping and now getting some house things done.

8/5 - 2: Off of work, good. Enjoy the concert and glad you have "new" eyes. Guess I will have to try for work tomorrow. Was hoping to drive my car this evening, not happening. Blown head gasket, bad gasket and solenoid. $1,700 dollar estimate on a car I have spent $4,000 and have never been able to drive save five times right when purchased........

Freezer roulette is pulling something out of the freezer for dinner without quite knowing what you are getting.

I watched 2 episodes of Stranger Things last night. What is that? Will I ever know?
I thought stranger things was interesting in the beginning it seemed to go downhill after that but yes you will know
