I developed an allergy to shellfish as an adult - luckily not severe.
But I loved shrimp, crab, lobster and could no longer eat it.
Allergies are weird.
That definitely would be tough in CA restaurants. Any food allergies are not fun.

See?! Avocados -- Not just ugly, squishy, and nasty, but also dangerous! Why isn't the FDA doing something about this? Won't somebody think of the children?
