Good Morningnite All!

I see that some of what they are saying can not and will not happen.....so I don't know why you are so worried about it like this..I bet you can still go to your local(the closest one to you) Home improvement store and get the 0 rings as they are for a million other things.....and same for flavorings....any grocery store....and even VG at any pharmacy............so they will change it soon enough.....as for shipping in e-juice it will be allowed soon enough also once they get their fingers into the pie........Well, as of today, there is no point whatsoever in me entering any ECF contests because no "tobacco products" can be shipped into or out of this state. That was already a South Dakota law, but as of today, the FDA deeming says these juices (and even the O-rings in your tanks, etc., etc., ad nauseum) are "tobacco products," so I cannot even order replacement parts now. I don't want to just leave this thread, but there is no point in me even trying to win anything any more, so from today on, all my notes will be Not An Entry. The rest of you, please continue to enjoy Vape Tree products and order from GMO until such time as the FDA Gestapo is finally defeated or our country goes down in flames.
Ditto............and some others were shipped today and will be here by the end of the week.........today's is just my usual monthly order.......8/8#1
Today is...Stalking the Mailman Monday

It is not the FDA that has me worried; it is the state of South Dakota. You see, many years ago, the feds gave the states a dollar figure that they were going to get from tobacco lawsuits and tobacco taxes. Most states assumed they were gonna get all that and over-spent their "allowances." Our state did it big time, then did not get what they were promised, so they added $10 per carton state tobacco tax to make up for it (which, for some reason, went to getting fat people to lose weight, not to quit smoking programs). Now this state has six other states touching its borders, so tons of people simply went next door to buy their butts or they went online and ordered their cigarettes mail-order. South Dakota immediately had a hissy fit over losing cigarette tax income and made a law that no tobacco product could be "shipped" into or out of this state unless it was a retail outlet. And our local Postal Nazi turned me in for receiving cigarettes in the mail and the state demanded I pay them tobacco taxes and sales taxes, including to the city of Faith even though I do not live in the city (but that's where my post office delivered them from). I did pay, but immediately started driving to Wyoming once a month to buy the cigarettes. We do not have border check points yet, so I assumed they could not tax me if they did not know my cigarettes were bought out of state. However, had they caught me transporting cigarettes into this state, even for personal use, that I bought out of state, they could have put me in jail.I see that some of what they are saying can not and will not happen.....so I don't know why you are so worried about it like this.
I suppose I should have included this in my last post, but... well, focal point is slightly off today. We were aware of the coming Vapocolypse issues months ago and we stocked up on nearly everything. We have back-up mods (even some mechs) and extra batteries, tanks, tank-glass, etc. I know I can get screws and grommets at the local hardware store (hopefully they will stock the right size parts). I have several gallons of VG and enough flavors to last us a couple years. Wifey is an excellent joose maker and coils/wicks her own attys - mine all use BHC or BVC coils and I have about 100 spares stashed. So why am I bothered at all? Because these Gestapo tactics tick me off royally. This is supposed to be the USofA, not Mother Russia, China, or Indonesia. Are we living in a Communist Dictatorship? It seems we are, at least at the moment. If I order some Banyan from GMO, not only will South Dakota arrest me, but they will file a lawsuit against GMO, even if he did not know it was illegal to ship me that juice. And, there are rumors that we are considering making vaping in public illegal. Why is it not illegal to smoke in public? Because they get revenue from that. If a vaping screw, washer, whatever is a tobacco product, why isn't an ashtray or Bic lighter also a tobacco product? They don't want anyone to quit smoking because the government gets lots of money from sales of cigarettes. At the moment, they get nothing from vaping. How long until they convince my neighbor to turn me in when he sees me vaping in my truck on a public highway?@Fuzzy Thunderbear, that's one of the reasons I purchased stuff this past week--in case that becomes true everywhere (and we just know that these things can often be sprung on us with little warning). It's sad that so few are enlightened in their thinking.
Yes it was great............all the way......and vapemail today.........wow......what a great month this will be......8/8_#5
Short day at W for me today, almost time to head home for dinner. It wasn't too bad for a M day.
Few things to do tonight, I'll check in later.
@liblue1 How was the day yesterday? I hope you enjoyed the races!
