Thanks @liblue1 , she's my baby! She's a great dog really more than that, she's a big part of our family! She helps Wifey get to the bathroom when I'm not home. She's super smart and listens extremely well. She sleeps with me every nite. A big 76lb baby!

1. Good afternoon Treefam...quiet day here today, which is just the way I like it.

Congrats @jpf880 on your win! And I know what you mean...our dog is just a big ole 100lb baby that sometimes thinks he's just a lapdog...you should see it when he tries to sit on bf's mom's lap...she's only 5 ft, so the dog dwarfs her!

Sitting here waiting on my daughters dad to get here :/ he was supposed to be here at 5 so we could sing happy birthday and cut her cake.. But it's 5:30 and he's not here yet so I called him and he is just leaving new or which is about an hour and 20 minutes away... And that's not including traffic at this time.. Ughhh.. I'm just hoping he actually shows up because he's good for not coming when he says he will.. Ughh [emoji268]

Down to just over 2 hours at W today. The actual work is done at least and off tomorrow. Well, not working at least. Lots of errands and that type of thing to do. Then it's back to W for 8 straight then a week off anyway.

2. @Mandikay I can relate...my kid's dad lives only 2 miles away and he could never be bothered to come see them or let them come there...they're all grown now, and now he probably sees them more than he ever did when they were younger...I guess some men just don't know how to be fathers, or only do it when it suits them.

Howdy, TreePeeps!

Sinuses are clearing up, classes are settling in, getting back into the routine. Stopped at Pull-A-Part and managed to salvage a replacement door glass and an electric mirror for my car for $40...definitely worth the 15 minutes in the 96 degree heat. Hoping the rest of the week ends on a high note.

Thanks all, and then just moments after I hang up with her, the phone rings. Her brother who has not given me my pay decides he needs to talk to me all of a sudden. Bug off, it does not matter if it was Ford, or GMC, if anyone acted that way I would still get a lawyer. Nothing to do with you, or that she is your sister. Business is business, and if you can not do it right, don't do it.

Boils my blood to hear about dead beat dad's and those who do not care to see their children. I would love to see mine.

Tiggs, sorry...I certainly didn't mean all men when I made that statement...I know there are lots of good father's out there, and yes you're one of them...to be honest, lately I've seen just as many dead beat moms...it's almost like kids are just disposable items to these people...I just don't get how someone can treat a child like that....sorry, off my soap box...it just really riles me up.
