8/30 - 2: One thing I have not told you, the people I just started working with lost a huge contract. Another electric company using illegal aliens, who will work for $2 a hour. The inspectors will be watching, as we do as well. It will take time to bust them. And the four builder's just drive around in their four new brand new Toyota trucks, acting like it is all okay. Sucks having to finish out and pretend to smile in front of them. We have been scrambling to get work.
Found out the house I bid for the company, two terminations ago, was won. They the owner and builder still have no clue how I came up with the number. Good luck trying to get it out of me now for free.
Come to find out, the first ex boss took my ratcheting cable cutters worth $200. He had constantly tried to take them. "No I paid for those." "No, those are mine I paid for them." I am sure he had been enjoying using them. Will try to get those back, but he can just say he does not have them, and the fact that he will not answer the phone does not help.

Thank you @CountBoredom i am hoping for the best, but preparing for the worst. Her doctor says she has a pinched or damaged nerve somewhere and bone spurs in her back and neck. If not corrected, it will slowly paralyze the right side of her body. Her strength in her right arm is down about 25% from a year ago. I am just very thankful we have some great family and friends who have offered to come stay and help out so i can still work when that time comes. Gotta keep the paycheck coming in to keep the lights on after all.

8/30 - 4: Nope freak rain storm, supposed to last until seven this evening. We sat in the truck waiting for about an hour as it poured and poured. Part of the highway closed down, sections in town. The run off made it look like streams and rivers. Tried building a path to the house and the wood just sunk into the mud, as a lot of soil was washed away. I'll get em another day, told them I can work Saturday and Sunday to make up time, and catch back up on work. So back home.

Thanks for all the well wishes everyone. It's a scary thought that she is in need of back and neck surgery at 31 years old. I really hope they get the ball rolling though, because it is hard to see her in pain daily.
