When I first started drinking coffee I used cream and sugar, then a place I worked at never had cream so I started drinking it black, for the past 25 or so years I've been using cream or milk or powdered cream whatever is available.

The sign up was easy, got there about 5 minutes before the door opened, not much of a line, got the table I wanted, and made it to work on time.

Spaghetti sauce is done. 3 loads of laundry done, almost half of the dishes are done. Easy day off.

Left work a little early today because I had to go to the insurance company before my 4 o'clock doctors appointment. At the doctors now, hopefully I won't have to wait to long.
@liblue1 I know, when I read my creamer ingredients I was pretty disgusted... Why does it have to taste so darn good??? By the way cutting back to 1 cup didn't work... I didn't even cut to 2 lol.. But I managed to stop at 3 today.. I'm definitely going to look into a different creamer though

1. All this talk of giving up coffee...not something I want to even contemplate...and something the world would not even want me to consider...that is my gift to everyone, because without coffee it's not a pretty picture!

@glassmanoak sending more healing vibes and prayers for you...hope they figure it out soon so you can get the heck outta there!

About to take my son out for his (delayed) birthday dinner...his brother will have to wait until we head up that way sometime next month.

Giving up coffee sounds harder than giving up analogs! I did uses to be a pot plus a day kinda person. I've at least cut that back to ½ a pot or so.

Been an okay day here. After the dentist I took my car for a look see. Been doing little things like tires, etc. Turns out it needs new rear struts and a front ball joint. That will all go on tomorrow and then maybe the alignment and it should be ready for anything.

Still 87°F here. I was thinking about a walk but it's pretty darn warm, Lol!

Coffee must be hot, strong and black - not getting it can affect those around me in adverse ways.

Just finished booking and paying for the flight for my trip home next month. The cost wasn't too bad until I added a couple economy plus seats for the long segments.

Just finished drilling 2 more flowers. Plan for the weekend is to sort through everything, see what I can make with the stock left, and donate the rest back to the thrift stores.
