I'm not sure what part of spamming a thread dedicated to not hearing about a provari a hundred times a day did you not.
I gotta stay away from... t1
It's not spamming when the OP is your friend.
And apparently you haven't read much of the thread or understood the point.
ummm...in chellemmm's defense, she started this thread in the "Outside" sub-forum after getting royally slammed in a newbie thread. A mod decided it should go in this forum; it wasn't her choice. She was letting off steam. She never intended her remarks to be part of a general discussion.
I understand loving the ProVari, I'm sitting here with two, so yeah - but I have also gotten PMs from new members almost in tears because they can't afford a mod, or don't think they'll be able to operate one, and have been lead to believe everything thing else is junk and a waste of money. They also often don't think vaping will really work and don't want to spend more than they can afford losing. Getting off of tobacco is very difficult and feeling depressed and discouraged makes it worse.
I'm tech savvy, learn quickly and am blessed to be able to afford advanced devices - something that isn't true some people. Chellmmm had some nasty personal comments flung at her because she dared to suggest a Twist or Spinner might be a more appropriate suggestion for that particular member.
A ProVari is a fabulous machine! So is a Vamo! But they are just power sources - without a good delivery system and a juice you like, a mod can suck as bad as a cig-a-like. Personally, I think new vapers who don't know a carto from a canary would be better off getting a decent mid-sized battery and spending more of their budget on trying different delivery systems and juice - from there they can only move up.![]()
