Got the EGO in Record USPS time.... One Cone Damaged, Abe please help

Got the package in the mail today and took a cart to the first one i grabbed filled with juice and was amazed at what i had been missing with what i had been using before. Night and day. I was a little shocked when i went to take down the second batt to fully charge. The cone seemed more than tight it was on there like someone with superhuman strength attached it. I tried a pliers with deflated balloon , pliers with vinyl sheet , pliers with rag, lighter on cone to heat it up etc etc. I do not want to destroy the cone completely so i will wait to hear from someone at (LF). Please help .

PS. I do not weigh 75 pounds and have the arms of a stick figure. I really could not get the cone off.

Wow - haven't read about that problem before. Someone should be along shortly.

Have you tried CAREFULLY using cold?
Like one of those frozen ice packs you put on the kids when they get an injury.

Please let us know what you did to finally get it off. That info may be helpful to some other person in the future.

Just yank that thing off, maybe some cold will help. If it ruins the battery and cone, hardly your fault, we will replace it. If it comes off and the battery is ok then bonus, we replace the cone only

Ok Abe took the entire kit to work, the good news is two of my stinky Co-workers, We will call them ( Dennis And David) are going to be placing orders for two joye ego kits with juice, i guess every cloud has a silver lining. They tried to jhelp me get it off ( the cone) as well and they said i would end up wrecking it if i tried any harder. I think i may just send it back before i destroy it. Please advise. I cannot believe i cannot get this thing off. I have a third guy that is going to get an ego kit as well , he is on the fence right now but also at the doctor, so i will get him tomorrow. They Loved the Ego and could not believe how close it was but better than a regular analog. Easiest sale i ever made. Prrof is in the puddin i guess. I love it too but would like to get my battery woes handled.

Abe took care of everything, I am more than happy with the service i received From Abe and LF in general. I wish i would have found ECF and (LF) 2 months ago, better late than never. Thank you again Abe i appreciate your attention on this matter. Who says you cannot get great service and great prices all in one place? They obviously have not been to Liberty Flights yet....

+1 on great service from LF. I received a package with a leaking 30 ml juice bottle and lost about 20% of the product. Still had most of the juice but they gave me a nice credit anyway for my next order.

i cannot complain, The guys at liberty flights have awesome customer service and really take of the people who order from them, its great to see awesome prices and people who stand behind what they sell. I will be ordering from them again and recommend everyone i am turning on to vaping to make sure they order from them.

I have found LF to be the best supplier as well for everything non-juice. I haven't tried their juice yet, and am kind of hooked on another ECF vendor for juice. Variety is the spice of life, so I will try LF juice soon! What flavor to get? Hmmmm...

I probably should have told them that the latest KR808D cartos I ordered seem to not be as good as the first, but oh well. I am moving on to the eGo, and so excited. My partner isn't, however, so he will continue to use the 808's.
