Welp, I got it working, 30g kanthal, 1.2 ohm. It seems to be working great so far:
It was kinda difficult to screw the paps positive pin up enough to make good contact with the diver pin. I dunno if I'll be able to unscrew it without pliers after this. Anyone else have this problem?

Exactly why I want the polished. My only polished mod is the PAPS and me loves it at home. My GG is bead blasted. Am going to bead the opposite parts on the Ithika and Ody soon.Hehe, hello kitty,

We're still experimenting with this and some other materials, if we haven't any conductivity drop and if we manage to keep the treatment's cost reasonable, we may put them in production soon.
