The GP PAPS X is under production and the next week I'll post photos about its progress. We are pondering about producing 18350 tubes without serial number, only with our logo as spares. I am glad you like our creations![]()
There's Something About Spharry !
Hideous, Mischievous, Naughty... but very adorable - and coming in the smallest of packaging! Yes, the GP Spheroid is a wonderful sly gadget that could trigger your senses in vape nuances which had never been touched before.
I had been enjoying it for 3-hrs. straight. Went thru 3-4 tanks full... and found a different meaning to my vape experience... a pleasure I didn't understand before. My e-juices became tastier, my draws became subtle & full, I consumed less juice and the vape was aromatic.
Coiled at 1.1Ω, changed an 18350 in between, the quality of vape remained constantly superior. Halfway thru my first tank I also understood that I had to cut back my nic content. Something akin to what I felt while dripping... 24mg (my go by strength) gets intolerable and needed dilution. Thus, added a 12mg juice, which I keep standby, to make it a more suave 16-18mg... and voilà - things turned smooth as a vanilla shake.
The Spheroid also 'drinks' less, as I found out. There's some sort of trickery involved inside which makes a tank last longer. Having been with Gennys for long I guess I had overlooked that side of the vape theory. Gennys are drunkards. While the Spheroid, much like the Clearos (something I have never used) and Cartos (my erstwhile attys) is thrifty on e-juices... though delivering the pleasures of a RBA.
Overall, this is my first experience with anything other than a Genesis Atomizer or a Carto-Tank, and I figure that I'd have missed another side of vaping if I hadn't gotten the GP Spheroid. This li'l atomizer makes a rich and fulfilling vape experience... and I'm dead sold!
Thank you Perseas.... and thank you TroyDestroy for making this happen![]()
Perseas buddy! I vote no on the 350 tube without the serial #'s. I think you know that I dont care about what numbers I get(sometimes) but, I think for the ones like me collecting GP they have meaning to us. I think I know why you might but it seperates you from clones/copies and keeps fakes off the market. I would assume that all of us at least look at our serial numbers. In fact I know my 5,493 PAPS serial numbers!
If you put out PAPS 350 without than it wont be as much fun as there will be many out there that I can not confirm if they are real/
My spare 350 tubes are tubes with serial numbers and I dont consider them as spares, I have them all in rotation and are equally as important. Your 350 tubes with serial #'s are very reasonably priced already, they are the BEST tube available for the price.
Honestly I always wished for serial #'s on the larger tubes also and would like to see them in a collectors special edition set someday my friend.
As always, thank you for taking care of your GP Family,
Cheers Brother

All right guys, I got the message!
From version 1 the only available tubes as spares were the 18500, 18650, 18800 and they were unserialised. If we put in circulation 18350 tubes, they'll be serialised. If we change the mode we sell our mods, we'll serialise the other sizes too, continuing the current numbering.
Serial or no serial, I just want spare 18350 tubes! (matte and polished SS)![]()
Well, I guess that I need to rebuild my spheroid (using the tips found in this thread) and give it another try...
...So should I grab a spheroid next sale or wait for the wider version? I'm on a rampage trying out a lot of new gear last few weeks and it looks like my genesis type attys are heading for the chopping block. Goodbye mesh and leaking tanks!
I'd say, "YES".
The Spheroid, in it's current 16mm form factor, is superb by itself... looks pretty good on a/ny 18350 mod, especially if it's a Paps... AND is "Made For" the upcoming Brushed SS Classic Piccolo!
Thus, until u lay ur hands on that "Flute", which u should and prolly would, use it merrily on what u have... and fetch the 22mm Spheroid subsequently. I'd be doing that too!
Your solution involves buying a ton of GP products. Ok, I'm in.![]()
