Not sure about Perseas, but if you send me that Grant's Vanilla Custard, i may find it in my heart to forgive you. :rickroll:

Okay, quick update.....

I owe Perseas a HUGE apology for making him jump through hoops. He looked up his transactions with me and didn't find the second one. While he was doing that, I was on the phone with the bank. They screwed up. My purchase with VapourArt was one of 5 paypal transactions I had going at around the same time. 2 of them have yet to show up at my bank, so I didn't find that unusual.

The bank statement shows VapourArt Paypal transaction and an amount, and there were two of them. What happened was the bank erroneously assigned VapourArt's name to a transaction that was in fact not theirs (it was 100ml of Grant's Vanilla Custard if you are curious).

Perseas responded IMMEDIATELY and for that I am truly grateful. His customer service remains unmatched. I'm glad it turned out okay, and I'm also glad it wasn't a mistake on VapourArt's part. But I'm very sorry to have caused any alarm.

Perseas, two things: 1. THANK YOU for being so on top of things and ready to assist at a moment's notice. and 2. I'm TRULY SORRY for ringing the alarm bells and causing you to do extra work that turned out to be for naught.

If it's any consolation, you've got a customer for life. I'll try not to be such a pain in the future!

Soo odd question, Arent the spare SS 2.5 tubes supposed to come brushed and not polished ? Mine are polished for some reason.

Never mind I'm a dumb ..., checked my order and I apparently picked the 2.1 tubes ? Sigh could have sworn I picked the 2.5 because I specifically wanted a brushed tube since I hate finger prints all over stuff :|

You can make it brushed if you treated it carefully to preserve the logo. Give me your order number to check it, just in case it is our fault.

Anyone else having trouble with getting the diver in the SnP? No matter how much eliquid I put on the inner o-rings to soften them, I can't assemble it. So far I have ruined 2 o-rings and one quartz tube :( The hell am I doing wrong???

EDIT: Ok, finally got it assembled by using the red o-rings and the cartodriver.

So.. last problem. The SnP was not sitting flush on so I adjusted the telescopic screws on the top cap and fixed that. But now there is a ~1mm gap between the top cap and the tube. I am trying to unscrew the bottom cap (should unscrew by turning to the right?) to see if I can adjust it from there but it seems to be screwed on insanely tight.

You unscrew the top and bottom cover ring by turning it counterclockwise and you screw it clockwise.

I guess I got a polished SS instead of a brushed. Actually, I didn't even know there was a polished lol! :D

Was there an option somewhere in ordering or is the brushed a separate product? Not a big deal actually but just curious.

Ok, got that part done. How can I eliminate a small gap between the bottom cover and the tube?

Nevermind. I noticed there was a shorter screw for the telescopic pin in the plastic bag. Switched the screws and all problems solved. I can't believe I'm an engineer

Not that there was ever any doubt... Perseas you are amazing!

I just got my package and opened it up to do the obligatory inspection before running back to work.

I have to say, I was not expecting to find what I found...

Not only was every piece that I ordered there and in absolutely perfect condition (that I did expect), so was the the replacement button for my current LUX. Yes, I had anticipated that too...

What I did not expect, was you including an entire LUX conversion kit along with the button!!!

All I can say is "WOW!!!" I'm completely blown away... Truly above and beyond even highest standards of customer service.

Thank you so very much! :)

Edit: I was also pleasantly surprised to see that the design of the telescopic positive pin has been upgraded. It's a little beefier, feels a bit more solid and is much easier to get a grip on. Well done!
