I knew a reply with detailed and accurate information would come from you. Even a splash of color as well. :D

lmao :D

Just received my SS 18350 v2.5 Paps, and I have one issue - my AW IMR 18350 battery doesn't sit flush on the delerin insulator ring. My Efest and EH batteries seem fine, but I guess the AW protrudes ever so slightly at the bottom so it's always touching the negative post.

Am I really out of luck with that battery? I have a hard time believing I'm the only person with this issue!

I have 8 of the AW 18350's and they sit flush on the bottom cap. In fact all of my AW bottoms are flat. You have a pic of this protrusion? First thought that comes to mind is that it could be a counterfeit battery.

Same here, I only use AWs, and they all work perfectly.

I received my Paps 2.5 SS with a brushed 18500 tube today. This completes my collection of 2.1, 2.5 SS, and 2.5 LUX Paps including 18500 and 18650 tubes!

I also received the PnB adapter and I'm excited to use my Dremel to polish my collection of tubes and atomizers. Where does the plastic washer that it came with go? I would guess it goes between the tool's 510 connection and what you're polishing or brushing to help protect it?

My DHL order took a little longer than usual to process at and leave from the Cincinnati hub, and it arrived later than usual, but it still got to me in the morning with great online updates. DHL is great and I love my morning Vapourart deliveries - they just make my whole day and I walk around with a smile on my face.

nice video from scott. I love me some Todd personally, but I just think he is super funny. Scotts videos are always very well done.

someone needs to get that guy a slotted cap though :)

On a sidenote.

I can hang out here, chat and just mostly be myself (which is smartassey and sarcastic mostly :))

You can see my registered status. This means that I can only hang out and am not permitted to discuss a number of things. If you ask questions and I "ignore" them, that is why. I am not just being mean :)

I have been given "written" permission to hang out here by my friend Perseas. I appreciate the chance to visit and chat with all of you.

I cannot do anything that violates the terms of my status according to ECF.

I just want you to know if I do not comment or answer certain things pertaining to certain things, that is why :)

I am just here to hang out, and watch idaho make inappropriate comments mostly :)

I purchased this AW from rtdvapor (link).

Unfortunately, the protrusion is so miniscule that my phone camera can't capture it. Looking closely, the bottom contact is slightly raised above the red casing.

Contrary to general consensus AWs do have some inconsistencies off-n-on. I've one such 18650 which is an mm longer.

quick question for all the smart people in here.... my gf's spheroid and kayfun always get their coils gunked up super fast, she usually vapes diy's, her banana colada or vanilla custard in either, which, when I vape those flavors it takes several tanks before I have to dry burn, meanwhile hers need to be cleaned after like half a tank. I've traded with her for a day to try and see if it was the wick/coil setup causing it, but when we both came home that night her spheroid which I was using was fine, but my ithaka which she was using was all gunkified, so it must be something that she's doing. She's used to it by now and just cleans them daily but to me it tastes like crap and I'm just wondering what could she be doing that is causing this? The only real difference between the two of us vaping-wise is that I mostly take lung hits while she usually does a mouth draw, then lung inhale, also she vapes quite a bit more than me but not an excessive amount. I know if i can get this figured out she can have a much more enjoyable vape.

All orders have been sent except 10 that will be sent tomorrow.
The DHL notification system is connected now with our store and our programmer is fiddling with the last adjustments regarding the tracking numbers. The tracking info will be inside the order from now and with a PDF copy of the DHL waybill.

And a flat top battery in this one...

Yeah. Remove the atty, take the flat top cap and remove the screws. Screw atty back on til it's flush or where you like it. Take the first screw and screw in til it makes contact. Next, with the other screw, screw into first screw(or whatever they are) almost all the way. Put the top cap back on. You'll get rattle but from there on you'll only need to adjust the second screw to make sure everything's flush without a gap. The art is figuring out your battery differences and where that second screw fits to alleviate gaps. Hope that helps.
