Can someone help me out w/something? I finally got a chance to order some GVC today...the only problem is that I have never had vanilla custard before, so I don't know what to expect when I do get it. The only thing that I currently have that might come close is The Standard's Cell Block Four. I'm diggin the CB4, it's like yellow cake batter but not as sweet. Again, not sure if GVC is even close to this, but i just had to pick some up because of all these reviews about it.

The good thing about a juice like GVC is, if you decide you don't like it, you can sell it for full price in about 4.5 nanoseconds in the classies.

Hey fellow threadmates! You know, lately I've been getting the feeling like my GP mods aren't doing me justice until I top them with some GP hardware. I'm going back and forth about the Spheroid. I'm just not sure if I should buy the current model or wait for the alleged 22mm version. I haven't been sporting my Lux's and I want to bring them out again. Can you guys offer some opinions to help me with my thought process?

All the props you read here are true of the Spheroid. It is a very popular mod in Europe and is praised by the majority. It doesn't look like anything the US mainstream vapers have ever seen so some are reluctant until purchased or use. Yet, it is still popular here in the US, It has not even reached its full potential in the States but gaining ground every release.
Setup is so simple...how can this little atomizer?...Then BAM!
The Vape production is huge, so it satisfies all aspects for all vapers. In fact, many reduce nicotine when in use. And, let me just say that they are solid, bulletproof and will never leak my friend.

Watch the other atomizers follow with the genius fluff to wick concept, such as the Taifun GT. It is sure nice to just rinse the fluff and change flavour.

Worst case, you don't care for it and it sells in 2.3 seconds in the classifieds , full price.
I love every one I own.

The larger scale Spheroid imo will be just a bit of a wait. You know Perseas likes to perfect his thoughts to paper and through the testing process, unlike most builders that rush ideas.
I think he also has quite a bit in line on the cnc machine shops as I am sure production is at a high for the GP Team from new product release.

Do eeet bro :)

Hey there is a nice coop for all types of efest batts and charger going live tonight. I can use flat top batteries in my paps 2.5 and X right? I have nipples I been using but would like flats as well.

Wood. Great nickname. Wood.
I have never deviated from AW IMR with nipples(I feel like I am distracted now:) )
Unless I bust a pipe out.
GP recommends AW IMR in their devices.
I know a few here will use other high quality batteries (Qman knows his batts) but please do not cheap out on co op Crap batteries.
Imo flat tops are not a good choice for any mod unless it is a pipe or required. They will just cause fitment issues.
lighthound.com great people in Texass.

Nach, I was skeptical of the Spheroid for a long time. It wasn't until the bead blasted version came out that I finally purchased one. It has become my daily go everywhere atty atop a P+16. Even in the 1.3-1.5 ohm range it performs fantastically. Listen to what Idaho has stated above, he tells no lies :)

A good friend has a 22mm atty that is similar in design to the Spheroid. She has stated her displeasure with the other atty compared to the spheroid, both in regards to flavor and vapor production. Not to say the GP 22mm spheroid won't be fantastic, but the 16mm version is a must have for a serious vaper, imo...

I wish you luck in your decision, however in my mind there is no decision to make.

Thanks Idaho. My last name is Wood so I'm known as Woody.
Thanks for battery info. I use only AW right now but there was a really really good price on the EFESTS so figured Id ask. Got a really nice charger over there too for $15 if you guys need a nice LCD efest one. Check the active coops.

AIOS > Spheroid
I'm experimenting with my AIOS T/D and i've converted it to a GP Spheroid-like RBA. I simply removed the tank and the SS wick and then replaced the coil with a 6/7 wrap kanthal .5 x .1 over a figure 8 of 2mm silica. I lined the inside of the big tank with Sera filter, filled with juice and voila! Not bad!

Hi qorax,

Thanks for your response.

I checked the Vapourart store and don't see the polished 2.1 tubes, I think they are replaced by the matte finished tubes.

My answer was buried under a ton of posts, so I repost :D

Welcome on board buddy!

Thank you for your appraisal, we don't produce currently our mods middle part in polished finish, but it can be done by the user with the help of a PnB adaptor and a dremel, or by hand.

Q! Imo he can keep his $260.00 Aios. I am objectively Trying to conquer the things I shouldn't say to avoid more yellow cards. Objectively this is not apples to apples. First of all, He is modding an atomizer to compete with a made for filler atomizer that is tried and true and is plug n' vape.

Any dripper and many atomizers are capable of silica and fluff modification to duplicate the designed Spheroid wicking action. It is possible with any dripper in fact that I have ever owned.
But, none are capable of the efficiency, design, flavor, toughness, price and I will bet vapor production.

I think I know where this post came from and I would disagree with this gentleman's post.
On top of the fact that the Aios is designed by a man who one day says he is going to stop building because of clone production then produces and floods the market with 4,000. I have heard him say more than once he is finished because of the flippers buying his mods and BAM 1000 more Chi's(This may have been for marketing?). He has had issues with more than one well known builder because he is the "best" and the "only".

I have repeated my Mojo feelings more than once on ECF and many on the "other forum"would say im an idiot for thinking the way I do. But, I am a realist.

Yes, I am an owner and my wife has one also(I bet she has no idea where hers is if asked as I dont see it in her holder, just PAPS!). They are nice tubes, no doubt. I use mine sometimes when I am doing the dishes, some of you know that :). In talking with a good friend lately who felt the same without me mentioning my thoughts sealed the deal for me(and made me feel good for the disbelievers and those in denial). So as of yesterday, We are in the middle of a trade deal on one and I just had a message for the other.

Good morning all :)

Anyone else up waiting for Spheroids to go live on VapourArt? I'm headed to SFO in a couple hours to catch a flight to Dulles. Got home from work late, needed to pack, and figured I'd be better off just staying up until I get onto my plane. 4 more hours till Spheroid :D

Good morning buddy :)
