I could have sworn I saw the Lux in the catalog before the site went offline. Either I imagined it, or it sold out in seconds! I was looking forward to having a Lux beside my X - they are both so beautiful. On the bright side, my bank balance is healthier

I checked the Vapourart store and don't see the polished 2.1 tubes, I think they are replaced by the matte finished tubes.

"From September 13, 2013 all the v2.1 tubes will come in bead blasted finish." - Vapourart Website

Too bad - I love my polished 2.1 tubes (and my brushed 2.5 and LUX tubes).

I ordered my first flat top cap and all four drip tips last night.

YAY! My GP Paps X is preparing for dispatch! Trading with someone on the other side of the world from you takes a lot of patience that I seem to be lacking...

Still though, its moving. That's enough to satisfy me for a few more days.

What a great week! Got a steal on a provari mini/twins/hippo set up. Scored a 100ml of GVC. To top it off I was able to pick up a spheroid, fluff, and a vase drip tip.


Any plans to sell just the 23mm caps for the SnP?

Well ordered my first Paps products today. Set my alarm clock, started to wail on my refresh button from 5 minutes before launch, got in, moved fast, ninja fast . Loaded up with Spheroid, Classic Drip Tip, SS Paps plus Lux 18500 tube. Got my order through and got out. Whew.

I'm now excited to wait for my order and look forward to being a loyal member of the fan club.

I just went back to the site and saw a few items I didn't place with my first order. Fluff, GP Fork and the Spheroid 3.1 Replacement Kit. Did I make a mistake by not ordering these with the Spheroid Version 2? I was in such a rush to get the order I missed these. :-(

Replace kit switches out from thumb screws and over to regular screws. Fluff you can get via amazon.

Thanks. Are there problems with the thumb screws? Is fluff better then cotton and is the GP Fork necessary?

There isn't any problem with the thumb nuts, it is a matter of preference. Between fluff and cotton there is a difference of use. We use fluff for the tank to hold the liquid and cotton instead of silica for the coil.

By the way, I restocked a few GP Spheroid units in polished finish. Every Spheroid comes with a GP Fork, it is a simple tool we use to open the base for maintenance.

Thanks Perseas. It probably makes sense that I try the configuration as it stands. If I don't like the thumb screws I can order in the future. No need for a fork if 1 comes with it.
