This is a very accurate observation which is an irritating one for me, because the polisher mixed up the numbers against my instructions, it is not right.
I have posted earlier, that they mixed up the numbers up to 660.
My apologies for that, it won't happen again.

Like I said... It was just an observation. Personally, I don't care what my numbers are. I just glad to have the devices. Looking forward to being able to buy the longer tubes.

GP noob here just received a GP 2.5 Lux today. Only been using it for a couple hours after work. It's really magnificent. I finally found a bottom switch I like! I thought the roller was perfection in form factor but I'm already preferring the GP. The switch, you just have to lean on a little, you can hardly feel it move. And it's exactly 18% smaller (ok not exactly). There's something about the clean lines and finish that give it a sexy appeal. Let's just say it hits a home run with this particular vaper and I can't wait to get a drunk friendly spheroid to put on top of it. Hopefully in the same Lux finish.

Managed to get hold of the last g-bell mini. Waiting for it to arrive. Hopefully that'll do much better than my vivi... Got a nimbus coming along as well. Wonder what the G-Bell will look like on the Paps? Anybody got a similar setup?

Oteng Yusri has it, and posted its pic on FB, as below:

Added another to the PAPS army today. Very pleased as usual. The 2.5 button is beautiful on it. The extra button I recieved today went on an older 650 tube that is brushed and looks spectacular. *setting up beta Kayfun 3.1 for the topper for her as I type.
Hope all in the thread of Kings has a spectacular day.

Guys is this discoloration around the edges of the button normal?

Can't see much in that pic, however I've no change in color in the SS portions of my LUX... just that the tube is building some patina. But the bottom button is still shiny.

Absolutely is. Also, we all have diferent chemical makeups as well as our surroundings. Both will effect the oxidation/tarnish process of brass and certain metals.
There are ways to slow the process. Some use urethane to protect. I would not ever use this. But, what I ocassionally will do is after I clean or recieve new brass pieces, I will use a very clean high end Italian wax from Zym0l. I would think that Mothers would also work fine.
I just dab a bit on, let it dry and wipe off. This seems to slow the process and keeps the brass/brass coatings very smooth. In fact, I wax all my high end devices as I use them quite a bit. Mine dont sit on a shelf. I also dont wax too often.
I can't recommend anyone doing it as there may be different results so, doing so is up to you.
As discussed before, Never use Brasso or other cleaners to polish or clean. There are many that will not effect the surface area over time.
Good Luck and Cheers!
