My apologies for that issue, I am a vaper too and when my mod isn't as I want it to be I feel inconveniently, so I understand you :)

No apology necessary. I am utterly impressed every time I pick up this device. It literally oozes quality. The issue with the button in no way diminishes that. The fact that you're willing to take care of the issue with no grief is all the more impressive.

^Gr8 Customer Service.... what a wonderful Modder!

^Gr8 person... what a decent customer!

I'm Loving u guys :)

Lol... I can be a complete ....... too. I just happen to be of the opinion that when people take advantage of and abuse the kindness and generosity of good people, they take away that persons ability to kind and generous in the future.

I simply don't want to be in any way responsible for forcing Perseas into adding red tape and hoops to jump through to his RMA policy. I'd much rather spend a few extra bucks so that everyone is happy and no one is being taken advantage of...

Perseas... I plan on trying to buy another LUX this Friday. If you want to hold off until next Monday, you can throw the button in with my order. That should save the extra shipping.

I just got a Paps + GM tubes on trade. Best PV I have owned. The other $1100 worth of mods are on the way to the classies. Finally found the device that matches me.

Amazing work.

Sent from my Note2

Perseas, have you considered adding a nice small profile signature drip tip to your line? I'm finding the cheapo tips that I'm using are eyesores on top of your beautiful devices. And the larger vase styles are disproportionately bulky looking on top of the 18350 tubes.

Just a friendly suggestion for perhaps down the line. I'm sure we'd all agree that quality vape mods/attys take precedent!

When I read this, I'm not sure if it should happen or not:
1) The 1st one didn't do that. It kept it original shinny gold color..

My button has got patina the same way as the '350 tube (serial 0463) and has darkened and lost shinyness the same tone - I always thought it looks great by the way ;)

feature or problem? :)

They are on the way brother! We are all excited for the Spheroid tip and its soon release. Fact - in the early days GP machined a few tips and they are almost impossible to find.

Quick question for the Paps Vets, I will be (hopefully) purchasing a Paps Lux this Friday and am wondering if I should buy the extra tubes with the Lux or will the extra shopping time ruin my chances of getting one in the first place?

The last batch of LUX was in stock for hours so it shouldn't be a problem to take the time to add extra tubes unless it's a very small batch this time.

Perseas,

In your news section, it says you'll have 2.5 switches and spares available on Friday. Do spares include top caps? My 18500 tubes are in desperate need of top caps and switches. :D

Yes, we shall have them both.

If for any reason you don't buy, send me a PM or an email and I'll post you the button ASAP.

In the first batches we used a different method for the gold and silver coatings than now and some buttons were matte or darkened. I don't think that it is brass, it has to do with the coating procedure. Then, we developed a different approach which gives steady results. If that bothers you even slightly, I would be glad to change it, just give me your order number :)

I can put the extra tubes in stock a few hours earlier, to save ordering time for everyone.

Thanks for your response - I'm glad with the way it darkens likely the tube darkens - don't know if it can be polished, too, when I decide the tube to be 'new' again. Just wanted to ask, because I was concerned if my baby is fine :)
