[Pathology]

I don't think anyone's intent was to cause alarm or debate the delicate subject. Fact, mine wasn't. Just intend to emphasise my and others regard and love for Perseas, George, GP Team and the Spheroid. And, many of us here do, it is easy to do for most of us.
As, we were simply talking about a Spheroid copy and the purchase of. I apologize if the post was misleading.

Double also, I remember somewhere in this thread someone said something about a 22mm spheroid? Is that actually a thing or was it wishful thinking of a person or....? I'm just curious because if its a thing I'm gonna hold off on a KFL for awhile til it comes out.

On another note, I understand the Jwraps concept, just not for me. I want to feel the mod finish and want nothing separating that. Especially with a Lux. The beautiful patina. I have a couple Lux aside by side and have been using them both quite a bit lately. The character of each are amazing. They patina slowly, unlike many that get so dark so soon. These are like sunsets, every day they change ever so slightly.
A Jwrap on an X, PAPS or PAPS Lux would destroy it for me. The metal finishes feel so nice from a milky smoth to a silk finishand they feel so nice in the hand and those guys worked hours on them for me to hold.
imo Jwraps were always to dress up Provari's or hide the Ghost Modder tube someone was using

I see your point Idaho. I guess it is a subjective thing. I'm just paranoid about ruining the finish as you know. That's my fear. Every time I notice a new blemish my heart sinks. It's a double sided coin. Do I want to keep it looking brand new and sacrifice the feel? Or just deal with scratches and blemishes? Right now the first option is winning. I honestly hope I can get over that. Because you're right, it is a work of art. I do feel like I'm "cheating" sometimes putting a wrap on it.

I understand both sides especially when it comes to protecting our expensive toys and trying to keep them from damage. My mobile phones get a Zagg invisible shield on the screen right out of the box. My mods that's a different story. For me part of the satisfaction is feeling that steel in my hand.

I'm using a case and screen protector on my 5s and I HATE using a case on it because it ruins the design and feel of the phone , but I'm using it because I plan to sell it when the 6 comes out.

With mods , if I'm not planning on selling it then it's not going to get a protective anything and i just accept that there will be love marks on them.

No wraps here of any sort. No damage to any of my devices either, except when my wedding ring comes in contact with it. Nothing crazy, but I know it's there.

Wedding ring marks are special. Those don't even give ME a worry if they occur.

I'm sure you're aware, but let me ask, are you inserting from top to bottom or bottom to top?

Bottom to top with use of the carto tool. It's the juice inlets that shred the o rings.

Luckily I bought a set of spare o rings, so I'll replace them again, I'll remove the top cap, insert Diver v2 base into bottom cap, then secure the top cap. I should have no shredded o-rings from that method. (Just 4 o-rings short now) >.<

I'm having issues getting the 2.5 paps button apart. Seems the nut is stuck on. Any hints on how to get this apart. (I bought it used) and the button sticks every once in a while.

I wanted to clean it up but I can't get it apart.

In case you missed it, the nut has left handed threads, try turning clockwise to unscrew it.

When I am submerging anything into my SnP, I always:

Apply generous amounts of juice to the ORings ( orange )
Keep SnP tank fully assembled
Insert given cartodriver into the Top of submersible atty of choice
Apply generous amounts of juice to said atty.
Insert atty from TOP of SnP tank
Apply pressure to push atty through.

Note: The first time I inserted an atty through the SnP it was a struggle. Skimmed off a piece of the ORing. It didn't matter though, as she seated well, and produced zero leaks.
