Sir, I paid and received the Paypal Confirmation email all within 6 minutes. Thought I was good - until receiving a mail from MB the next day stating 'order cancelled' due to their website processing orders more than their actual stock. That was sickening!

It's OK. There'd be a next time... soon At least they acknowledge the folly and are courteous. This is what Mark Bugs replied to me:

Yep, it is disgusting!
As it is it was a tough decision to shell out this kinda dough. Then you set your alarm - leave everything aside and wait (for the Alarm to ring!) - miss all the fun of a weekend (yes it was a Sunday!) - ignore all the ramblings of your wife (for purchasing 'another e-cigarette' and at this ridiculously high price) - remain glued to the site since 19:45 GMT - hit the 'cart' button exactly at 20:00hrs - see thru the transaction (all in 5-6 minutes) - WHEW! That was some serious effort indeed!

Then the next day MB cancels your order. Sickening! Ya right! This was a nightmare! Extremely poor show by Mark Bugs. I feel let down! Well that might be an understatement... I actually feel robbed!

You do not know how bad we fill about this, we realy want for this not to happent, but that was it. We will to offer all of you, and only you that have canceled orders the posibility to take one of our future products without having to buy it form the site (as we saied on the canceled order mails)
Looks like the Paypal respond time was very very slow and that created all the problems.
We know now that even this is the case is stil our fault!!!
Sorry again and thank you for trusting us and our products.
