3/32 of an inch is 2.38mm or as you said .24 of a CM.
and
3/32" is 2.38mm. It is a big hole when compared to the spec, which is 1.2mm. That's twice as big.
I stand corrected , Of course 2.56 should be multiplied by 10 to convert to mm before making that calculation.
Like I said, "There is something about inch sizes I never learn to understand!"

I have 2 Spheroid which I am very happy with. I've never had the need to make the air hole bigger.
Maybe there is a little burr in the air hole in the deck or 510 connection.
It does not take much burrs to create an obstacle to the air.

I tried to move one post to that thread to start a discussion (yes, it was sneaky move, I admit it) and it vanished into thin air, I don't know where is gone! I have so many tools here I am afraid that I will erase the whole forum, if I am not careful. So, I stay here, till I learn how to handle it :D

Oh, I've forgotten to mention how great GP's customer support is. Yes, we all know it, but it doesn't hurt to mention it again ;)
I received 2 insulators, with my Spheroid V3 kit, that slipped by quality control. I sent Perseas a PM to tell him that (customer feedback), but it wasn't a problem for me since I'm using the old insulators. They've sent me like 10 insulators and they've arrived in no time. I'm covered for the rest of my life with Spheroid insulators :)))
Thanks again!

So I just replaced the magnets in my Ba Gua switch with the stiffest spring I got with my X1.5, and it made the switch much better! The magnets have gotten way too mushy and it never fired well unless you pushed it just right. With the spring in there I don't have to be nearly as precise for it to fire every time. Much better.

I'm going to miss this thread. There are so many informative posts and randomness here. I figure this will most likely be my last post here because you guys respond so much in this thread :). I hope this does not fragment the group at all.

Hey P is there a way to archive this thread? On another forum I visit we have a place called "The Hall of super topics" so all previous post that contained great information would not be lost.
