The Paps X Titanium. What can I say? This is a gorgeous mod with the standard GP attention to detail both in the interior and exterior of the device. The threads show without hesitation that it's a different metal. The machining is spot on and the threads couldn't be more perfect. Where you notice the difference is the "difference in resistance" on how it threads together. It doesn't grind, and there are no burrs. It's just different. I fully expected this being titanium. This is more noticeable with a battery in the device. Anyone that has this in their hands today or in the next day's will completely understand what I mean.
The feel is a "warm" feeling. Where stainless steel feels colder, this is a warmer feel. Soft and supple in the hands. And adding the button in titanium allows for the feel to flow through the mod top to bottom.
The dual SN switches allow for matching the look to the user's taste and balance depending on the atomizer added. Adding both is a special touch for a special edition.
The throw is exactly what I would expect from the Paps X line. Short, soft and gentle, anywhere on the button. The center, edge, anywhere.
The control ring matches and adding the X rings offers more options as mentioned earlier.
Now I'm no reviewer and will not get into the sweet addition of the silver plated gpin (even though I just did). I just wanted to share the joy with all of you.
Now what I have that is not included is the lux air control ring and lux Heron converter. That adds to the balance since we are talking 510 air intake attys, SnP tank, or the Heron. But that's because all of you have raised my OCD levels.
Congrats to everyone receiving the Ti this week. Congrats to all the GP family members who have any of the other GP devices (Ti or not). And congrats to Perseas, and the entire GP crew. They possess some of the best customer service, passion, and care into us and their products that I have learned over the past few months. This is all reflected in the products and here with us.
I picture the cat and dog waiting until you leave, then switching bowls, lol.![]()
Haha mines in VA too but I'm in CA until FridayYall are killin me here. Mine's sitting at the house in Va. while I'm in Michigan. I knew I should have had it shipped to Bills. :/
That is a very generous offer and speaks volumes about you Perseas.
I will try to find a family member here that might have missed out on one first.
Paul
I sense that some day there may just be a shortage of cotton and us vapers will be the ones dishing supplies.![]()
