The new Heron is shorter than the previous version by 3 mm (38 mm in hybrid - 43 mm in 510), it holds much more liquid due to internal redesign, smaller chamber, 2 ways of setup (spheroid - tank), lighter, Spheroid v4 posts, new bell design (inside & outside), wider air flow (3,5 mm), new topper design.

Sooo looking forward to a new Heron! I haven't put mine down since getting good ole number #23. So much so that I had to get a second one to make sure that I had one to vape while the other was being cleaned.

I skipped v1.5 altogether because mine were so good but definitely am on the bench for the new one!

Hi Perseas! The "GP Heron v2 is coming soon" news item on the Vapourart website references the picture above and states "Below is a Piccoloid 14650 and a 'Heroid' or 'Papsoid' 18650 together for size reference."

Can you confirm that "Piccoloid 14650" is a typo since to my knowledge the Piccolo only comes with a 14500 tube and the Piccolo in the picture looks shorter to me than the Paps, or are Piccolo 14650 tubes a possibility?

Thank you very much for the correction! It was indeed a typo, we don't have plans for 14650 tubes yet.
