Greetings to all and many thanks in advance for any advice and help.
About a week ago, I and a friend both tried our first e-cigarettes. They are Njoys that we purchased at a local Walmart on the recommendation of a friend and after reading some reviews on this site (Thank You). I must say that they do not seem to last very long and I usually smoke only in the evening and lightly. However, I, and my friend, were both surprised at the flavor and ease of draw. It bothered my throught at first, but I got use to it and used to inhaling in a different way.
My friend liked them right away and he smokes much more than I do. He, too, was a little disappointed, however, in the longevity of the njoy. That said, I contacted Njoy today and they are sending a replacement. They were very courteous and helped quickly with no questions asked. SO many companies could take a tip about customer service like that. I'm also glad that I'm transitioning away from real cigarettes. And I can REALLY feel the concerns and frustrations from so many of the posts that I read here about that.
All this leads me to ask, in my very first post, if I should invest in the Njoy starter kit or keep on with the disposables for awhile? I really don't think I'm ready for all of the components and time that are involved for the really serious vapers. It seems a bit daunting!
My other question/concern is that I'm wondering where the Njoy cigarettes themselves (and their liquid) is produced. I know the case is made in China but what about the contents? Maybe I'm overly concerned, but the safety and quality control with some Chinese companies is questionable at best.
Again, thank you so much for welcoming me here and for your input. Happy vaping!
