Lord Pancake is doing well, just having a hard time getting to work in all the ice and snow. We're looking to buy an all wheel drive vehicle soon.

Drudging up my memory of 6 years of Latin, ProVarinati should be the plural of ProVarinatus in the male gender. ProVarinata & ProVarinatae for the respective singular & plural in the female gender. But then, ProVarinatum comes to mind...

Son says the plural of Provari in Latin would be Provaries because it would be a third declension noun. The diminutive would be something like Provariculus.
