I don't know , I didn't watch him eat , it was a $2000 a plate fundraiser when I was executive chef at the Plimsoll club in New Orleans , choice of three entrees , I was given the numbers ahead of time so I knew what to prepare but I wasn't told who ordered what , I didn't know what he ordered until after the meal when he came to thank me .
Well, he's still alive and jumping out of airplanes so it must have been a great meal.


It was good though.
