OHH BTW... I had a defunct 18650 battery and I had a BBQ grill nice n hot from cooking dinner ( which turned out awesome 
) so I threw the battery on the grill just to see how AWESOME the results would be.... boy was I let down... I was expecting some massive fireball to exhale from the case along with some furious flames shooting out and the battery hurling itself across the yard at 100 mph....
all it did was go pof ( not even poof) a bit of blue smoke and a dribble of black goo..... so much for over heating a 18650 battery....

yup still got them all, altho 2 of the fingers on the left hand have no feeling
but that wasnt related to the battery....

I grew up two blocks from Arlington Park Race Track.
That goes back a ways...1960 - 1974...back when Secretariat ran the track.
Sorry I missed that earlier. I grew up in Hoffman Estates. I'm a bit younger. You were at the track before the huge fire that destroyed the main grand stand. Arlington is a very nice place. I use to go with my mom for Mother's day - when Mother's day use to signal the first race day at Arlington.
Yep, before the big fire. I used to sneak into the track and fish the ponds. Hung out at Salt Creek fishing, catching turtles and crawdads. We lived just a couple blocks away and could hear the crowd all summer long. "Here they come spinning out of the turn"...and the crowd would go wild. One year they had a motocross race. I was helping my Dad build a shed in the backyard and we had to scream at the top of our lungs to hear each other. That was the last time they had a motocross race there. the residents beefed. They installed those lights and hardly ever used them. Waste of money. Most memorable day...when Secretariat raced there. I think it was his second to last race and shortly after he won the Triple Crown. The place was rockin'.

I used to drink 3-5 large cups a day, but my stomach won't allow it anymore. I like French Press coffee, and the extra oil in it kills my stomach if I go over 2 cups now. Sometimes I just pop an acid reducer and go for it anyway. YOLO.
Some of the amounts of coffee and soda you all consume... my stomach hurts just reading it.
That's always the case , that's why I'm pushing on the RDA's , they're on the spot perfect for that , fast rewicking and no tank to empty , you don't have to go dual coil and subohm if you don't want to , a simple RDA like a Patriot or IGO will do the job and they're cheap .

I brew a pot in the morning and don't finish it all. Probably 3/4 of a pot of coffee a day. Med issues that have nothing to do with the stomach.....female issues. I probably wouldn't have them anymore but any caffeine after 12 really screws up my sleeping.
I want to experience mardi gras at least once before I die.
When you have that level of brain activity, you need something to pull you out of it, I suppose.
I have considered the RDAs for that reason. For now, the KFL clone in nano format is working great. I vaped all of the Peppermint Blast and refilled with Cherry Bomb tonight. A summary tank wipe did the trick, and it was a new wick. The mix at first was good. Now it's all Cherry Bomb and WOW! So yummy!

Me too! Next year vape meet up. I would even endure the crowds for that. Bronze and I could have an escape plan - go, have downtime for recharging and then back again. How fun would that be?!?
And nothing messes with my sleep. Not since babies. Oh, the bargaining I would do with God if only the baby would go back to sleep.
