Back from the doctor..he feels her symptoms are signs of depression (which I've discussed with her before this visit and don't disagree) she will start on a mild anti depressant and we'll see if she is feeling any better in a couple of weeks. Her doctor also had more blood drawn to check her thyroid....as that is one test that was not done in the ER. Mom is very comfortable with her doctor and he is very good to listen to her so I'm very comfortable at this point. I think several things might have triggered this to start now, we have a new grandbaby coming, a wedding and also mom's class reunion (she and my dad graduated together). It is very overwhelming to realize he is not with us to take part in these family activities. On the lighter side, can't believe I snagged both those mods last night...Imma going to have to thin the herd again here pretty soon:facepalm: I am excited for the new toys..

It's good to hear that your mom is willing to receive help, and that it's not all resting on your shoulders. It's a hard thing to deal with alone, and wonderful that she has a good doctor whom she trusts. Thanks for the update! I hope those new toys get to you fast.

Nope , won't work on the Maga-thingy either Chak , undercoil airflow on it same as a KFL , but ya got two of'm , BK likes stuffing things with cotton , but at some point ya might as well stuff half a bag of cotton into a toaster , pour in 200mls of juice and have at it , Dam now that's an idea ! :)

already tried it...... and boy was the wifey PO'd..... but I do like the new taste the bagels have :)

Loving this rayon, although I think I did burn it today. Changed it out and off and running again. Lots of vapor produced...and I think the smell in the room is even better than using cotton. Just cleaner all the way around. The rayon was clean except at the coil where it was burned. Loving this stuff. My coil was gunked up though...but I figure that's the 100% VG...or either I used too much rayon.

It is a little trickier to get the amount right. Someone (retic maybe) said it tends to shrink when saturated rather than expand like cotton does. I agree though, cleaner flavor for sure.

It's tough losing a spouse after all that time. Women generally do better than men but it's still tough I'm sure.

It's definitely cleaner , no wet t-shirt taste on the first few hits either , I'm using about 25% more rayon than cotton because it does seem to compact when wet .

I turned the dryer back on.. that's doing chores right? It's been raining here all afternoon, and a bit on the chilly side (for me). We need the rain too. It's just so weird for July. Hula, I don't know if you check the hardware thread... Sooo.. Rayon is awesome.. just sayin..:)
Thanks Bridget , I know she ain't gonna believe I didn't start the rayon incident but she should visit the hardware thread , she's missing out on a good chunk of Army doings bypassing it .

Sitting here, vaping Legend in a Woodvil with about 1.5 coil and cotton wicks. and started thinking...

T3. Silica. RSST. Vertical Coils. KFL. SS Mesh. Magma. Rayon. and I spent too much for a REOS.

Sometimes being a stuffy old fart just seems so much more relaxing.... :vapor:

(I purposely left out some of the Mod du Jour from the last two years as to not offend too terribly..)

I dunno , you drive a truck so you can be antisocial but I can just picture myself going someplace with myself going someplace with my thumb bandaged up and somebody asking what happened to you ? Squonkers Thumb ! When I do get a REO I'm gonna start an anti squonking campaign just like BK's anti steeping campaign ! :)

The other problem I see with REO's is it appears if you own one you will end up owning eight of them. I don't find that relaxing. :)

Either you're joking or reaching, and I know you have a sense of humor  Now if BK has said that....
Besides, this particular REOS is a Plunger model 73_curly_oak_52f92e8f4bffe.jpg
    No squonkers thumb here !

Rob is talking about a Mechanical Woodvil- Wood exterior, same interior as a Grand, to be released in about six months or so. I have seven now, but prior to the MechWood release I'm thinking sell the two smaller Woodvil and get the new MechWood. That would be two VV Grand at home, two Woodvil at home/ special occasions and two Grand for at work/ everyday use. I could be happy with that..
