Just got home from a bunco fundraiser for the little boy in our community with cancer. I always hate going to social functions, but enjoy myself when I get there. For those of you who are the praying kind, please remember little McKoy in your prayers. He has a stage 4 Wilms (kidney) tumor that has metastasized to his lung and lymph nodes. His parents are divorced and there are 4 other kids; he is a twin.

Done. Added to the prayer list.

LOL.. got in an extra hour of sleep today, and woke up at 4:30 instead of the normal 3:30. I almost feel like I got too much sleep.

its called menopause for a reason.... you get hit and you think to yourself "man o man .... I better pause before I open my mouth"

Nope, I wish that was the case, BK - menopause was a breeze compared to this. She had a minor stroke last week - her first one happened just after we moved to Thailand and left her hemiplegic on the left side. This time it's affecting her speech and motor skills on the right side.

For the record, I click on View First Unread to get to where I need to be. If I "Like" a post....it's cuz I really liked it, agree with what was posted or to acknowledge a response.

That's about what I do, usually.

You are so right, Always. Best just to keep my mouth shut. I understand, she gets frustrated that she can't do the things she used to do and the slightest things will set her off.

My wife's favorite pics are from the mid 80s when we first met. I haven't posted any of those.

edit: oh that's not true, there's one of me and her in '88 in my photos.

My most productive hours are from 9PM to 2AM. Mama Chak's are 6AM till noon. We both like afternoon naps.
