I'm just trying to recuperate from my big weekend with traveling and then Calve in town.
I have reached a plateau I believe since I've lost no more weight and I keep gaining a pound and losing a pound. I'm stuck. So I just ordered the Insanity program. Gonna kick this thing in high gear now. I'm so EXCITED!!! My big boss showed me his CDs and it looks insane for sure.

Good Afternoon Army! HHV order is on it's way - should be her by Friday! Just in time for a 90 degree and 60% humidity all weekend long.
I'm rebuilding 2 laptops here, just because I need something to do. One laptop I need for doing some possible consultant work, and the other is for my daughter & son for school work and stuff. And as usual, my wife waited till the last second to do back to school shopping, so I'll be doing that this afternoon as well.

Can't believe I slept in till 9:30 today!!! Felt great and wish I could do that more often! LOL. Mama Chak was getting a 3 hour massage this morning, so she let me sleep.
Is that atty just made for the RIO's? If I remember correctly, the center post is drilled out to allow the dripping correct?
