I am Glad to see you! I came to bring an announcement from the House of Pancake and discovered a PM from our girl BB!! She is still kicking she said and wanted me to spread the word around that she misses us. Her computer is broken poor thing, I miss you guys and BB something fierce! I just spent about an hour writing her back lolI am so sorry, I haven't been able to be around here or socialize much on the internet due to pain in my neck/shoulder/arms/upper and lower back/hips and legs due to neuritis (shooting/burning/stabbing pain in my nerves) and fibromyalgia. Docs are trying all sorts of things lately so I am trying to remain hopeful and happy as much as possible (stalking this thread helps give me the smiles and giggles while reading your posts hehe ) It takes me forever to type something it seems. I hope to be able to come back and join the fam here again, you guys are fun and you rock!
Yes, yes, now for the happy happy news!
Lord Pancake has asked me to spend forever with him and I have agreed!! We are officially now engaged!! My ring has a beautiful rose quartz, know as a stone of great love and Lord Pancake has a garnet which is also a stone of great love and was the original "diamond" engagement ring. For those of you who are new to our story, we met here in a thread at ECF!!

What wonderful wonderful news!!! Now I can go to bed with a big smile on my face too. I also heard from BB - what a relief!!! Can't wait for her to get better and feel more like herself. I'm sorry that you're going through the wringer though. have you and Lord P considered moving to a less humid state? I have a friend with fibromyalgia and he finds it a lot easier and more pain free in a dry place like Arizona. Anyway CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! WOOT!!

YES, we were looking at moving to a dryer climate, great advice actually. I did pretty well in Northern New Mexico, but it snowed too much where I was. It is kind of on the back burner because the health care here is tops in the nation so we're tackling it all as fast as possible. The good spots in Arizona seem way too expensive, we just kept hitting walls with our search.

I wear black to them because I look good in it, and weddings are a great place to meet women.

Our secret... We laugh a lot. Our friends and family tell us its almost weird the frequency we make each other laugh. Its hard for us to sit through a movie at the theater. LOL
