I stopped in the pharmacy near the hospital this evening and picked up a couple 10 ml glass syringes. April, maybe you'v heard of this brand - Trade Mark S-T? The action is so smooth it's hard to believe they can get such a tight fit with two pieces of glass and only $1.42 each! Now if I don't drop 'em, they should last a good many years and the numbers won't wear off!

I also got 10 18g sharp pointed needles for ten baht. Was really looking for blunt tip 16g, but they didn't have any.

The 16ga barely fits into a KFL fill hole so that when you squeeze the juice in it backs up out of the fill hole. The 18ga is actually the best for a kayfun.

Maybe I can get my KFL+ re-wicked tonight. PB is almost empty, then Adam' Apple in the KFL. Sweet Swish and Heavenly Tobby are still pretty full - maybe tomorrow or Friday they'll get re-wicked. Looking forward to trying out the Rayon. So the consensus is one should use a bit more Rayon than what they were using with cotton?
I'm using about 25% more , it does tend to compact .

You can "prime" those syringes by lubing up the plunger (for lack of a better description, I'm sure someone will have fun with that) with juice. I only use glass for a few meds. But I always need to slick it up a bit first.

Hi guys! I am sorry I have been away so long... Bridget and Robin and Dusty see me on FB with some regularity, so they can tell you I have been quite busy renovating my Condo. I wanted to let the rest of you know I am alive and well and will try to stop by more often!

I've never used glass for any of my meds. I've been on shots for the last 17 years. Everything i've ever used has been plastic. The Luer-lock system is like the best invention ever. Some of the supplies that I had left over from my last around of IV meds I use for filling vape stuff. The thing is, if it's not blunt tip needle or depending on the application, it requires a prescription.

I've never personally tried it, but basting/injection needles are supposed to work well for filling bottles and whatnot.

We just have them for spinal blocks, taps, epidurals. It's more for feeling resistance than anything else

Good to see you drop by, Lion. You might Facebook, I won't. I have three teenaged Granddaughters who love Facebook. Like every seven minutes or so.... don't get me wrong, I love my granddaughters. But after 1000+ miles in two days/ nights, I really don't want to hear about what some boy in middle school did, does, or looks like.
