LOL I would be more apt to make less of a mistake with the dangerous stuff than making a guess at the time the 15 mill would occur... Im still alive even after playing with all the other stuff... so I must be doing something "right"

We're hoping it works out, but there's a few things that have to happen before that becomes reality, like air conditioning in the guest house and some bedroom furniture. I've also been thinking about trading in the Corolla for a van to give folks rides around town, short tours and/or shuttle to the airport.
